CLUBHOTEL GLOBAL MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Dining Benefit – 1-12 persons 25% off the total food bill or standard dining where the member dines free.

  • Every time you dine at one of our participating restaurant, you will receive a reduction on your total food bill: either 25% off for 1-12 persons or the standard dining benefits where the member always dines free so 50% off when two people dine, 33% when three people dine and 25% when four people dine.
  • These savings will be honored in the restaurant(s) of each hotel, for breakfast, lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch (as applicable for each restaurant/hotel).
  • To receive your reduction, simply produce your valid CLUBHOTEL card when the bill is presented to you at the end of your meal.
  • Please note that you are not required to stay at the hotel to enjoy your dining discount.
  • One card per table/party; Blackout dates apply.

For Latin America and the Caribbean: In restaurants, a proportional discount on food depending on the number of guests at the table, according to the following table:

  • 2 guests (member plus guest) – 50%
  • 3 guests (member plus 2 guests) – 33.3%
  • 4 guests (member plus 3 guests) – 25%
  • 5 guests (member plus 4 guests) – 20%
  • 6 guests (member plus 5 guests) – 16.6%

Beverage Benefit – valid in the participating hotel lounges, bars or when dining in the restaurants 20% -25% off beverages for 1-12 people

Up to 20% OFF Best Available Room Rate (TRANSFERABLE)

  • As a CLUBHOTEL member, you are entitled to receive up to 20% off B.A.R. (best available published rate) on all room categories.
    * Abbey on Roma, Fiori Apts, Napoleon on Kent and The Rees Hotel Queenstown offer 15% only.
  • A valid Membership Card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Subject to room allotment & availability.
  • Room rate should be off best available rate of the day or any available internet rates. No discount on corporate rates or promotional rates.
  • To take advantage of these special rates, simply provide your membership number when calling one of our worldwide reservations offices or when calling the hotel directly

Complimentary Upgrade (NON-TRANSFERABLE)

  • Members shall be entitled to receive an Upgrade to the next available room category at the preferred room rate. Subject to availability at the time of check-in.
  • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest

Flexible Check-In / Check-Out (NON-TRANSFERABLE)

  • Flexible check in, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time if available.
  • Flexible check out, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available.

  • CLUBHOTEL ANZ members will receive an additional 5% discount off the best available price*, for domestic and international cruises available to the general Australian and New Zealand market.

Use of a CLUBHOTEL membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:

  • Upon joining CLUBHOTEL you will receive your personalized CLUBHOTEL membership card as well as a membership guide outlining your benefits and the participating properties.
  • Membership privileges are valid only through the date embossed on the membership card, which is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
  • Participant hotels and benefits are subject to changes. Members will be updated on the list of participating hotels through the CLUBHOTEL website, online newsletter and email transmissions sent by CLUBHOTEL from time to time.
  • All lost or stolen cards should be reported.
  • The Marketing Agent of CLUBHOTEL (HMC) shall not be deemed to be a party to the contract between the member and CLUBHOTEL or any ancillary services offered by CLUBHOTEL and shall not be liable in contract or in tort to any claims arising out of, or relating to the failure of hotel to provide members with the benefits referred to in the members program, or any injuries or losses suffered on the hotels premises caused by the fault or negligence of the hotel, its servants, employees or agents with the intent that each of such can be and are construed independently of the other, and if, in any situation HMC is found to be liable to a member, his invitee or guests, then such claim is strictly limited to the annual cost of membership. For administrative and accounting purposes, HMC and its associated companies may hold relevant information provided by you on a computer database. This may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Membership cancellation will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue. A refund will not be issued until all membership material has been returned unused to CLUBHOTEL.
