An interactive Food Studio, which offers, scheduled cooking classes, demonstrations, events and unique Farm and Market to Table experiences, involving our in-campus Urban Farm and the neighboring Tekka Market, one of Singapore’s remaining traditional Asian food markets. We offer classes in home cooking including canning and the “lost foods” of Singapore, as well as a varied selection of “From the Farm”, and “Origins of Food” endorsed Singapore and regional artisan food products.
