PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR WESTIN OAKS ADVANTAGE
Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member. A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.

Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption.

Dining Benefit (N/T) Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests. Member + 1 guest = 50% discount Member + 2 guests = 33.33% disc. Member + 3 guests = 25% discount Member + 4 guests = 20% discount Member dines alone = 15% discount Valid at *White Oak Kitchen + Drinks* for breakfast, lunch and dinner. An automatic 18% gratuity will be added to total bill.	▪ Only one card per table. ▪ Excludes alcoholic beverages, taxes, and gratuities. ▪ Not valid on Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. ▪ Please contact the hotel directly to confirm the date each holiday is observed. ▪ Other blackout dates may apply.
Dessert Benefit (N/T) Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for up to two (2) complimentary desserts, redeemable when dining with at least four (4) people dining. Complimentary Appetizer (N/T) Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for up to two (2) complimentary appetizers when there are four (4) or more people dining. An automatic 18% gratuity will be added to total bill.	▪ Cost of Appetizer to be deducted before membership discount is applied. ▪ Valid for Dinner only. ▪ Both appetizers to be redeemed at same time. ▪ Must order minimum four (4) Entrees. ▪ Not valid for room service.
Birthday Benefit (N/T) Each member will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine; pursuant to Texas state liquor laws, to be enjoyed during the week of member’s Birthday. An automatic 18% gratuity will be added to total bill.	▪ Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine. ▪ Minimum purchase of two (2) Entrées. ▪ Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. ▪ Not valid for Room Service.
Anniversary Benefit (N/T) Each member will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine; pursuant to Texas state liquor laws, to be enjoyed during the week of member’s Wedding Anniversary. An automatic 18% gratuity will be added to total bill..	▪ Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine. ▪ Minimum purchase of two (2) Entrées. ▪ Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. ▪ Not valid for Room Service.
15% Discount on Banquets (N/T) Each member is entitled to a 15% discount off any Meeting, Conference or Event (excluding tax and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $750.00.	▪ Maximum discount to $750.00. ▪ New bookings only. ▪ Does not include tax or service charge.
Preferred Room Rate(T) Each member is entitled to a Preferred Room Rate of 10% off the Best Available Rate, for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation.	▪ Subject to availability. ▪ Member need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify. ▪ A valid membership card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. ▪ Not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings.
Complimentary Night Stay Benefit (N/T) Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay at the Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria.	▪ Based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms. ▪ Subject to availability. ▪ Member must contact WESTIN OAKS HOUSTON AT THE GALLERIA directly at 1-866-912-4177 and ask for Westin Oaks Advantage reservations. ▪ Member must have certificate and valid membership card for benefit to be valid.
Complimentary Suite when Booking a Group of Ten or More Rooms (N/T) Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary suite when booking a group of ten (10) or more paying rooms.	▪ One (1) certificate per group booking. ▪ In order to redeem this certificate member must contact WESTIN OAKS HOUSTON AT THE GALLERIA sales office at 713-960-8100 and ask for The Westin Oaks Sales Office. ▪ Excludes group and third party rates. ▪ Subject to space availability at time of reservation. ▪ Suite will be provided for duration of the stay as a group.
2 Nights for 1 (N/T) Each member will receive one (1) “2 Nights for 1” certificate valid for a complimentary second consecutive night’s stay providing the previous night is paid for.	▪ Subject to availability and hotel allotment. ▪ Previous night must be a paid night. ▪ Excludes group and third party rates.
3 Nights for 2 (N/T) Each member will receive one (1) “3 Nights for 2” certificate valid for a complimentary third consecutive night’s stay providing the previous 2 nights are paid for.	▪ Subject to availability and hotel allotment. ▪ Previous 2 nights must be paid nights. ▪ Excludes group and third party rates.
50% off Best Available Rate (N/T) Each member will receive two (2) certificates, each valid for 50% off Best Available Rate.	▪ Subject to availability and hotel allotment. ▪ Valid for single stay with a maximum stay of three (3) consecutive nights. ▪ Not valid with any other certificates or promotions. ▪ Excludes group and third party rates.
Special “Better Tomorrows” Rate (N/T) Each member is eligible for a Special “Better Tomorrows” Rate. For every night paid at the Preferred Member Rate, the next night is 40% off.	▪ Subject to space availability and hotel allotment. ▪ Rate quoted at time of booking. ▪ May not be used in conjunction with certificates.
Complimentary Upgrade to Next Available Room Category. (N/T) Each member is entitled to a complimentary upgrade to the next available room category when staying on the Preferred Membership Rate.	▪ Subject to availability upon check in. ▪ For paid room nights only. ▪ May not be used in conjunction with certificates. ▪ Excludes group and third party rates.
Early Check In/ Late Check Out (N/T) Each member is entitled to flexible check-in and check-out time, not to exceed two (2) hours before or after posted time, if available.	▪ Subject to availability upon check in.
Complimentary Internet Access (N/T) Each member is entitled to complimentary Internet access in guestroom once signed up for a President’s Club Membership.	▪ Must be a registered guest. ▪ Available for duration of stay.
Local Telephone Calls and 15% off Laundry (N/T) Each member is entitled to complimentary local telephone calls as well as 15% discount off laundry or dry cleaning services.	▪ Must be a registered guest. ▪ Available for duration of stay.
Referral Card Incentive (N/T) Upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, members will receive one (1) Complimentary Appetizers Certificate valid for two (2) appetizers.	▪ Cost of Appetizer to be deducted before membership discount is applied. ▪ Valid for Dinner only. ▪ Both appetizers to be redeemed at same time. ▪ Not valid for room service. ▪ Must order minimum four (4) Entrees.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Acceptance: Use of the membership card constitutes
acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein. (ii)
Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing
agent and must be returned upon request; valid until the expiry date featured on
the membership card, which shall be one year after initial purchase date; has no
cash value and does not guarantee any dining reservation. (iii)
Membership Benefit Conditions: All benefits are subject to
availability; valid seven days a week, unless otherwise specified,
excluding Black Out Dates below; valid until the expiry date
featured on the membership card and may not be used in conjunction with any
other discount or promotional offer. Membership discounts exclude applicable
taxes, service charges and gratuities. (iv) Black Out
Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: New
Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day and Easter
Day. (v) Transferable and Non-transferable Benefits: A.
Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s
guest. The Member/Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of
the benefit. B. Non-transferable: Benefits may be used only
by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of
identification may be required by Hotel. (vi)
Certificates: Only one (1) set of certificates per Member per
membership term. Hotels must be notified of the intended use of certificates at
the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week ,
unless otherwise specified, up to the expiration date printed on said
certificates and such validity will not be extended; may not be used in
conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer; and have no cash
value. Cash/Thank you Certificates: Excluding applicable taxes, service
charges and gratuities. (vii) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant
& Benefit Changes): At the time of going to print, all hotels
detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotel(s) within the
membership program. Participating hotel(s)/restaurants may cease to honor
benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without
prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such
modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits
by calling Customer Service. Membership Program marketing agent declines any
responsibility for any such modification. (viii) Currency
Exchange: All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local
currency using current rates of exchange. (ix) Lost/Stolen
Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be
replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer
Service. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement
membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the
previously issued card. (x) Cancellations: Cancellation
of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no
refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been
returned unused to a Customer Service Office. Refund amount will be excluding
shipping & handling charges. (xi) Limitation of
Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or
licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any
of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents,
managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the
Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for
any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the
generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the
Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of
performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations,
liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any
relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages
of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the
action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with
the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the
provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any
such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a
subscription for membership in the marketing program.
