PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR THE SPINNAKER CLUB

Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member.  A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.
Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption. 

Dining Benefit (card benefit)
Upon presentation of your valid membership card to your server, Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests.

Member + 1 guest = 50% discount
Member + 2 guests = 33.33% disc.
Member + 3 guests = 25% discount
Member + 4 guests = 20% discount

Members may use their card at
The Spinnaker Restaurant and Lounge for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch.

Restrictions
Only one card per table.
Excludes alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities
Not valid on Valentine’s Weekend, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve.
Members are responsible to contact hotel to confirm date each holiday is observed.
An 18% gratuity will be added to the bill based on the non-discounted total value.
Not valid for room service, discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Membership Program.

Complimentary Wine Benefit (certificate)
Each member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine or non-alcoholic sparkling wine for Sunday Brunch, pursuant to Michigan state liquor laws, in The Spinnaker Restaurant and Lounge.

Restrictions
Bottle of wine available only after noon on Sunday.
Member must be 21 years of age to order wine.
Not valid for room service.

Catering & Banquet Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for 10% off food only, with a value of $750 or more, with a maximum discount of
$ 500.00 per function.

Restrictions
Excludes alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities.
Maximum discount of $500 per event booked.
Subject to availability.
Good for new bookings only.
Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

Corporate Meeting Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for a 20% discount off a corporate meeting package. Includes Continental Breakfast, mid morning cookies and coffee break, mid afternoon coffee and brownies and a choice of flip chart or overhead projector.

Restrictions
Good for new bookings only.
Subject to availability.
Excludes taxes and gratuities.

Special Dining Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one dated (1) certificate valid for 50% off ENTREES ONLY, for a party of up to six (6) people. 

Restrictions
Must be used within 90 days of the receipt of the membership materials.
Excludes alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities.
Subject to space availability.
Discount applies to Entrees only.

Spinnaker Lounge Benefit (card benefit)
Member dining benefits (excluding tax & gratuity) also apply in The Spinnaker Lounge.

Restrictions
An 18% gratuity will be added to the bill based on the non-discounted total value.
Not valid during Happy Hour or on blackout dates.
Any other dining restrictions will apply to Lounge benefit.

Two Hour Happy Hour Party Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate for one (1) two (2) hour happy hour party with 25% off all food items in the Spinnaker Lounge for 10 – 25 people. The party includes reserved party space and drink specials for your group.

Restrictions
Beverages are not complimentary.
Members must call 72 hours in advance to book.

Complimentary Night Stay when a Second Night is Purchased at $59.00 (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay when a second night is purchased at $59.00 “Friends and Family” Rate, excluding taxes.
 
Restrictions
Valid based on advance reservations, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.
Not valid New Year’s Eve or special events
Subject to forecasted availability
No part of this benefit is valid on Tuesday nights.
Night’s must be consecutive

Preferred Membership Rate (card benefit)
Members are entitled to a Preferred Membership Rate. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to receive a 10% discount off the best publicly available rate.

Subject to availability.
A valid membership number must be presented in order to redeem benefit, however, member need not be present at his/ her guest check in to qualify for the above rate.
Not valid on New Year’s Eve or Special Events.

Complimentary Second Night When Another Night Paid For (certificate)
Each member will receive two (2) certificates, each valid for one (1) complimentary second night stay when another night at a standard rate is paid for.

Restrictions
Not valid New Year’s Eve or Tuesdays.
Nights must be consecutive.
Subject to availability, based on advanced reservation and restrictions on allocated rooms.

Flexible Check-in/out (card benefit)
Members are entitled to an early check in or late check out.

Restrictions
Subject to availability at time of check in.
Not to exceed two (2) hours before / after posted time.

Referral Card Incentive (certificate)
Upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, members will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) bottle of house wine or non-alcoholic sparkling wine to be enjoyed while dining in The Spinnaker Restaurant and Lounge for dinner.

Restrictions
Not valid for Room Service.
Certificate and valid membership card must be presented in order to redeem benefit.
Certificate to be sent after receipt of the referral card.
Bottle may not be removed from the restaurant.

CLUBHOTEL® Members receive the same dining discount and preferred room rates as members of The Spinnaker Club.
