1. Guest Room Benefits a. A preferred membership room rate, as established by the hotel. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members hall be entitled to receive 5% off the best publicly available non-corporate, non–restricted rate. A valid membership card number must be quoted at the time of the reservation. Transferable. Member need not be present at the time of his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates. b. Flexible check-in and check-out hours for up to two (2) hours from the hotel regular hours. c. One (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay when at lease one (1) consecutive night has been paid in same stay at members rate or higher. Non-transferable. d. One (1) certificate offering the member a complimentary night when at least two (2) previous nights in the same stay have been paid at members rate or higher. Transferable. e. One (1) certificate valid for a fifty percent (50%) discount on the rack rate when members stays at least 3 nights or more. Transferable. f. One (1) certificate valid for an upgrade to next room category either by space or value-added services at the special price of fifty dollars for up to 3 nights in the same stay. Transferable.
All guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only (except with upgrades as outlined above). Not valid for bookings through travel agents, or for group or block bookings. Where benefits are “Transferable”, members need not be present at the time of their guests’ check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest.
2. Restaurant and Bar Benefits a. For Restaurants owned or operated by the Hotel, members will receive a discount equivalent to the pro-rated portion of the member from food bill. The member must be accompanied by at least one (1) other guest with no maximum of guests in the same table or group. For example, for two people in the table (member and one guest), member will receive a 50% discount on the food portion of the bill, for three people, 33.3%, for four people, 25%, for 5 people, 20% and for six people or more in the same table or group, member will receive a fixed 15% discount on the food portion of the bill. The discount shall not include any beverages, cover or service fees, gratuities or applicable taxes. The discount is not valid for take-away, banqueting orders, room service or catering. The discount is valid for all menu orders, special menus, food festivals, buffets or Sunday brunch, except when there is already a discounted or promotional price, where then, member will be offered a 15% discount. Blackout dates may apply. b. For Restaurants not operated by the Hotel, the Hotel will do its best effort to invite all venues on the hotel’s premises to participate in the Marketing Program by offering an exclusive discount to Members of 20% discount over the total bill. The discount is not valid for take-away, banqueting orders, room service or catering. The discount is valid for all menu orders, special menus, food festivals, buffets or Sunday brunch, except when there is already a discounted or promotional price, where then, member will be offered a 15% discount. Blackout dates may apply. c. For all participating Bars, member will receive 15% discount on total bill. d. Blackout dates will be every Christmas, Thanksgiving Day, New Year, Secretaries Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentines Day. e. Three (3) vouchers valid for $10 to be applied when paying a restaurant bill. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used combined with any other certificate, voucher, or promotion except of the member discount. Only one voucher is valid per visit regardless of the number of guests in the member’s party. f. One (1) certificate valid for a Happy Hour Party at the Hotel’s bar, including complimentary house snacks for one (1) hour and a reserved area for the member and up to 25 guests, when at least a minimum equivalent of two (2) beverages per guest have been purchased by the member’s party. Certificate cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Subject to advanced reservation. Valid on new bookings only. g. One (1) certificate valid for complimentary second drinks for up to four (4) people at the hotel’s bar. Not valid with other promotions. h. One (1) certificate valid for a Birthday Cake for up to six (6) people to accompany the member’s birthday lunch or dinner. Advanced reservation with at least one day is required and cake cannot be removed from the restaurant. i. One (1) certificate valid for two (2) complimentary glasses of sparkling white house wine and two (2) desserts to accompany the member’s wedding anniversary or special occasion dinner.
3. Catering Benefits a. 15% discount of the total event or banqueting bill, not including alcoholic beverages, service charges, taxes, gratuities and any other service provided by a third company. Subject to advanced reservation. Valid on new bookings only. b. Complimentary suite and breakfast or brunch for bride and groom when wedding banquet and/or ceremony/reception booked at hotel for minimum of 100 persons. c. One (1) certificate valid for a thirty percent (30%) discount on Breakfast Meeting for up to 10 people, including a breakfast from the Hotel’s banquets menu in a meeting room and their choice of a slide projector, flipchart, or data projector. Subject to advanced reservation. Valid for new bookings only. d. One (1) certificate per member, valid for a 20% discount off a Corporate Meeting Package, excluding taxes and gratuities. Includes: Continental Breakfast, Mid-morning Coffee & Cookies, Afternoon Coffee & Brownies, and their choice of a slide projector, flipchart or data projector. Valid for new bookings only.
4. Other Member Benefits: a. In-room Dining: Ten percent (10%) off regular prices n all in-room dining or min-bar when member stays in the hotel. Not including alcoholic beverages. b. Two (2) Day Use Pool Pass vouchers valid for use of the swimming pool for up to four (4) people including the member. Vouchers cannot be used simultaneously in same visit. Restrictions may apply including a Pool Towel Fee and Deposit. Subject to advanced reservation. c. Three (3) Match-Play vouchers for $10 each valid at the Courtyard Marriot Casino. The vouchers cannot be redeemed by cash and cannot be used together in the same place or bet. A minimum bet of $10 is required by the member to use each of the vouchers following the casino’s rules. Restrictions may apply.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Acceptance: Use of the membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
(ii) Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card, which shall be one year after initial purchase date; has no cash value and does not guarantee any dining reservation.
(iii) Membership Benefit Conditions: All benefits are subject to availability; valid seven days a week, unless otherwise specified, excluding Black Out Dates below; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer. Membership discounts exclude applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
(iv) Black Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day and Easter Day.
(v) Transferable and Non-transferable Benefits: A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s guest. The Member/Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit. B. Non-transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by Hotel.
(vi) Certificates: Only one (1) set of certificates per Member per membership term. Hotels must be notified of the intended use of certificates at the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week , unless otherwise specified, up to the expiration date printed on said certificates and such validity will not be extended; may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer; and have no cash value. Cash/Thank you Certificates: Excluding applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
(vii) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant & Benefit Changes): At the time of going to print, all hotels detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotel(s) within the membership program. Participating hotel(s)/restaurants may cease to honor benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling Customer Service. Membership Program marketing agent declines any responsibility for any such modification.
(viii) Currency Exchange: All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local currency using current rates of exchange.
(ix) Lost/Stolen Membership Materials:All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Service. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
(x) Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been returned unused to a Customer Service Office. Refund amount will be excluding shipping & handling charges.
(xi) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
