Club at Rough Creek Membership Agreement

Use of the Club at Rough Creek Membership Card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein:

1. Membership Card: The Club at Rough Creek at the ROUGH CREEK LODGE EXECUTIVE RETREAT AND RESORT Membership Card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. Club at Rough Creek membership privileges will be honored only upon presentation of a valid membership card and only through the date embossed on the Membership Card. Membership Card has no cash value.

2. Dining Benefits: Upon presentation of your Club at Rough Creek Membership Card to the server you will receive one (1) complimentary meal on each dining visit when accompanied by one dining guest, provided at least one meal is purchased. The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities) by the number of people in your dining party, and subtracting that amount from the total bill. Your Club at Rough Creek Membership Card will be honored at the hotel restaurant (excluding Cabana & Lounge) for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch (when available). Limit one card per table. Dining benefits are non-transferable. The ROUGH CREEK LODGE EXECUTIVE RETREAT AND RESORT reserves the right to change hours of operation without prior notice.

3. Dining Restrictions: Dining privileges will not be honored at the ROUGH CREEK LODGE EXECUTIVE RETREAT AND RESORT on Valentine's Weekend, Easter Sunday Weekend, Mother's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, Father's Day, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year’s Day. Some blackout dates may apply. Please contact the ROUGH CREEK LODGE EXECUTIVE RETREAT AND RESORT to confirm the date each holiday is observed. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Reservations are required.

4. Guest Room Benefits: A) Each Club at Rough Creek member is entitled to a Preferred Membership Rate for guest accommodations, single or double occupancy. This transferable benefit is valid for the Club at Rough Creek member and/or guests for all room/suite types. Subject to availability. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to receive 10% off the best publicly available rate. Valid membership number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Members need not to be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the Preferred Membership Rate. Not valid for the Executive Hunting Package or Blocked Holidays. B) Each Club at Rough Creek member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This non-transferable benefit is based on advanced reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms. Subject to availability. In order to redeem this certificate you must contact the ROUGH CREEK LODGE EXECUTIVE RETREAT AND RESORT directly at (254) 965 3700. C) Each Club at Rough Creek member receives two (2) certificates, each valid for one (1) complimentary night stay when another night is paid for. Nights must be consecutive. This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Not valid for bookings through travel agents and/or with group or block bookings. Subject to availability and blackout dates. Not valid for any stay that includes a Saturday night. D) After ten (10) dining visits to the hotel restaurant, where at least two (2) entrees are purchased, each Club at Rough Creek member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. In order to receive this certificate by mail, member must fax dining receipts, as proof of purchase, directly to Member Services at 1-800-895-7491. This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. In order to redeem this benefit, you must contact the ROUGH CREEK LODGE EXECUTIVE RETREAT AND RESORT directly at (254) 965 3700. E) EachClub at Rough Creek member is entitled to a 10% discount off Hunting Packages, single or double occupancy (excluding taxes and gratuities). Valid seven (7) days a week upon presentation of a valid membership number. Not valid for the Executive Hunting Package. This transferable benefit is based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms. Subject to availability. Member need not be present at time of check-in to qualify for the benefit.

5. Guest Room Restrictions: Guest room benefits are not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group/block bookings. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for member and/or guest. Certificate and valid Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits. Where benefits are ‘transferable’ member and Membership Card need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for above benefits.

6. Complimentary Wine Benefit: Each Club at Rough Creek member receives one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to Texas state liquor laws, to be enjoyed during the week of the member’s Birthday or Wedding Anniversary while dining at the hotel restaurant for dinner (excluding Cabana & Lounge). Member must be at least 21 years of age and bottle may not be removed from restaurant. This non-transferable certificate is not valid for room service or with any other discounts or promotions. Certificate and valid Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits.

7. Catering and Banquet Benefit: Each Club at Rough Creek member receives one (1) certificate valid for a 15% discount off food only (excluding beverages, taxes and gratuities) on catered events with a minimum purchase of $500.00. This transferable benefit is subject to space and availability. Valid membership number must be presented in order to redeem benefits. Not valid with any other discounts, promotions or previously booked events.

8. Lounge Benefit: Each Club at Rough Creek member is entitled to a discount of 15% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) at the hotel lounge. This non-transferable benefit is not valid during Happy Hour or on the blackout dates mentioned above. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Valid Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits.

9. Referral Card Incentive: Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for two (2) complimentary glasses of house wine, pursuant to Texas state liquor laws, or dessert for two (2) to be enjoyed while dining at the hotel restaurant for dinner (excluding Cabana & Lounge). Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine and glasses may not be removed from restaurant. This non-transferable certificate is not valid for room service. Certificate and valid Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

10. Other Promotional Discounts: Club at Rough Creek Membership Card privileges may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount offer, including corporate rates and previously booked events.
