As a CLUBHOTEL member, you will enjoy the following exclusive benefits at more than 700 worldwide hotels, including prestigious chains like Sina Hotels, Le Meridien, Pestana & Pousadas de Portugal, Intercontinental, Sheraton, Shangri-La, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, Raffles e Swisshotel.
Save up to 50% on your meals When dining with a guest, your CLUBHOTEL card will grant you a 50% discount off your bill (beverages exluded). With two guest, the discount will be 33%, with four, 25% an so on.
These savings will be honored in the restaurant(s) of each hotel, for breakfast, lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch (as applicable for each restaurant/hotel). To receive your reduction, simply produce your CLUBHOTEL card. Please note that you are not required to stay at the hotel to enjoy your dining discount.
CLUBHOTEL Members dining in Intercontinental Hotels, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn's in the Middle East will receive a 25% discount on food and a 20% discount on beverages, up to a maximum of twelve people dining.
Bar: You will get a 15% on food and beverages, when using bar service
Banquets: You will get a 10% discount on banquets and catering services.
Preferred rates: As a CLUBHOTEL member, you and your guests have unlimited use of preferred room rates specific to each hotel. These special rates represent up to 65% savings off the hotels' rack rates. To take advantage of these special rates, simply provide your membership number when using our online reservations system, or when calling one of our worldwide reservations offices.

Present your card at any CLUBHOTEL location to enjoy your benefits. You will also find a list of participating hotels on the website.
Worldwide Member Services: For your convenience, CLUBHOTEL maintains customer service centers in every region of the world. Whether you have a question about your membership benefits or you would like to make a hotel reservation, a CLUBHOTEL representative will gladly assist you.
Online Newsletter: From time to time, we will send you an online newsletter featuring all of our Club updates including: new benefits, exclusive offers from participating properties and selected partners, travel news, dining and lifestyle features.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Acceptance: Use of the membership card constitutes
acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
(ii)
Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing
agent and must be returned upon request; valid until the expiry date featured on
the membership card, which shall be one year after initial purchase date; has no
cash value and does not guarantee any dining reservation.
(iii)
Membership Benefit Conditions: All benefits are subject to
availability; valid seven days a week, unless otherwise specified,
excluding Black Out Dates below; valid until the expiry date
featured on the membership card and may not be used in conjunction with any
other discount or promotional offer. Membership discounts exclude applicable
taxes, service charges and gratuities.
(iv) Black Out
Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: New
Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day and Easter
Day.
(v) Transferable and Non-transferable Benefits:
A.
Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s
guest. The Member/Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of
the benefit.
B. Non-transferable: Benefits may be used only
by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of
identification may be required by Hotel.
(vi)
Certificates: Only one (1) set of certificates per Member per
membership term. Hotels must be notified of the intended use of certificates at
the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week ,
unless otherwise specified, up to the expiration date printed on said
certificates and such validity will not be extended; may not be used in
conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer; and have no cash
value. Cash/Thank you Certificates: Excluding applicable taxes, service
charges and gratuities.
(vii) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant
& Benefit Changes): At the time of going to print, all hotels
detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotel(s) within the
membership program. Participating hotel(s)/restaurants may cease to honor
benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without
prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such
modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits
by calling Customer Service. Membership Program marketing agent declines any
responsibility for any such modification.
(viii) Currency
Exchange: All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local
currency using current rates of exchange.
(ix) Lost/Stolen
Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be
replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer
Service. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement
membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the
previously issued card.
(x) Cancellations: Cancellation
of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no
refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been
returned unused to a Customer Service Office. Refund amount will be excluding
shipping & handling charges.
(xi) Limitation of
Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or
licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any
of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents,
managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the
Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for
any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the
generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the
Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of
performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations,
liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any
relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages
of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the
action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with
the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the
provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any
such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a
subscription for membership in the marketing program.
