Shareeq Club
Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:
1. Dining Benefit (Non-Transferable):
a. Members shall receive the following discounts at participating restaurants for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner:
a) 50% for cardholder and 1 guest
b) 33.3% for cardholder and 2 guests
c) 25% for cardholder and 3 guests
d) 20% for cardholder and 4 guests
e) 16.67% for cardholder and 5 guests
f) 15% for cardholder and 6 or more guests
g) 15% for cardholder, when dining alone
Conditions: One card per table ♦ Membership Card must be presented at the time of dining in order to receive discount ♦ All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurant’s operating hours, and ordered from the restaurant’s regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or clip-ons ♦ The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities (b) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Shareeq Members Club membership program (d) all beverages; and (e) any meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates
b. Promotions: Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the total food bill on any promotions.
2. Guest Room Benefits:
a. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Member shall receive a minimum of ten percent (10%) discount off the best available rate. Valid at all participating hotels.
b. Complimentary Upgrade (Non-transferable): Upgrade to the next available room category at the preferred room rate. Subject to availability at the time of check-in.
c. Early Check-in/Late Check-out (Non-transferable): Flexible check-in time (10:00) and check-out time to (15:00). Subject to prior request and availability at the time of check-in/check-out.
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy. Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest • Valid at all participating hotels
3. Beverage Benefit (Non-transferable): Fifteen percent (15%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages • Valid in all participating restaurants, lounges and bars • Discount shall not apply to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Shareeq Members Club membership program
4. Lounge, Lobby and Bar Benefit (Non-transferable): Fifteen percent (15%) discount on food • Valid in all participating lounges and bars • Discount shall not apply to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities (b) all beverages; (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Shareeq Members Club membership program
5. Business Centre Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) on all facilities at the business centre when in-house guest • Complimentary internet and local phone calls
6. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Shareeq Members Club Certificates, containing the following certificates for use at Al Manzil and/or Qamardeen Hotel, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
a. 1 x Complimentary Night Stay Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary night stay in a standard room accommodation with the option to upgrade to a Suite for five hundred Dirhams (AED 500)
b. 2 x AED 30 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) Cash Certificates to the value of thirty Dirhams (AED 30) each, for full or part payment of accommodation or food and beverage. Valid at Al Manzil Hotel.
c. 2 x AED 30 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) Cash Certificates to the value of thirty Dirhams (AED 30) each, for full or part payment of accommodation or food and beverage. Valid at Qamardeen Hotel.
d. 2 x Complimentary Upgrade Certificate (Non-transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary upgrade to a Suite. Not valid in conjunction with Cash or Complimentary Night Certificate.
e. 1 x Lunch Buffet Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary lunch buffet for two (2) people. Only valid for the first three (3) months from purchase of membership.
f. 1 x House Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine or carafe of soft drink, to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining. Not valid in Nezesaussi.
g. 1 x Birthday/Anniversary Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday or anniversary cake when there are two (2) or more people dining.
h. 1 x Meeting and Conference Spend Reward Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary dinner for two (2) people on a minimum spend of 5,000 AED or one (1) complimentary dinner for four (4) people on a minimum spend of 10,000 AED or one (1) complimentary night stay for two (2) people on a minimum spend of 15,000 AED on the purchase of any meeting or conference that has been held and paid for.
i. 2 x Health Club Outdoor Pool Certificate (Non-transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary day visit to enjoy Hayya Health Club and Outdoor Pool facilities for two (2) people.
j. 1 x Health Club Membership Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for a twenty percent (20%) discount on the annual health club membership fee or a ten percent (10%) discount on renewal of the annual health club membership fee, at Hayya Health Club.
k. 1 x ‘Member for a day’ Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a one-time use of the ‘Standard Dining Benefits’. Valid in any participating restaurant.
l. 1 x Lunch Buffet Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary lunch buffet for two (2) people after the tenth (10th) lunch visit and one (1) additional complimentary lunch buffet for four (4) after the twentieth (20th) lunch visit in the first three (3) months. Not valid in Nezesaussi. Only valid in Esca and Conservatory.
m. 2 x Early Bird Dinner Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a fifty percent (50%) discount off the total food bill. Not valid in Nezesaussi. Only valid in Esca and Conservatory.
7. Referral Card Incentive (Non-transferable): Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for one such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary lunch buffet for two (2) people
Conditions: Complimentary Lunch does not include beverages • Valid in any participating restaurant • A maximum of one (1) certificate per Member per membership term.
8. Spouse Membership (Non-transferable): Members have the option to purchase a “Spouse Membership”. Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
(i) Acceptance: Use of the membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
(ii) Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card, which shall be one year after initial purchase date; has no cash value and does not guarantee any dining reservation.
(iii) Membership Benefit Conditions: All benefits are subject to availability; valid seven days a week, unless otherwise specified, excluding Black Out Dates below; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers. Membership discounts exclude applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
(iv) Black Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and Day, Eid El-Fitr, Eid El-Adha and other local national holidays.
(v) Transferable and Non-transferable Benefits:
A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s guest. The Member/Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit.
B. Non-transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by Hotel.
(vi) Certificates: Only one (1) set of certificates per Member per membership term. Hotels must be notified of the intended use of certificates at the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week , unless otherwise specified, up to the expiration date printed on said certificates and such validity will not be extended; may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers; and have no cash value. Cash Certificates: Excluding applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
(vii) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant & Benefit Changes): At the time of going to print, all hotels detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotels within the membership program. Participating hotels/restaurants may cease to honor benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling Customer Services. Membership Program marketing agent declines any responsibility for any such modification.
(viii) Currency Exchange: All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local currency using current rates of exchange.
(ix) Lost/Stolen Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Services. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
(x) Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been returned unused to a Customer Service Office.
(xi) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
