Privilege Club Membership Agreement
Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:
1. Dining Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount at participating restaurants, for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.
Conditions: Only one card per table ¨ Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurants' operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" ¨ The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Privilege Club program; (d) all beverages and (e) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates.
2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Members shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the best flex rate ¨ Valid at all participating hotels
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy ¨ Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings ¨ Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions ¨ Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.
3. Beverage Benefit (Non-Transferable): Twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people ¨ Valid in all participating restaurants ¨ Discount shall not apply to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
4. Car Parking Benefit (Non-Transferable): Complimentary valet parking for up to a maximum of four hours when dining at any of the participating restaurants at Crowne Plaza Bahrain.
5. 6. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one Privilege Club Certificate Booklet, containing the following certificates for use at Crowne Plaza Bahrain, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
a) 6 x BHD 10 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Six (6) Cash Certificates to the value of ten Bahraini Dinars (BHD 10) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of twenty Bahraini Dinars (BHD 20) per visit.
b) 2 x BHD 5 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) Cash Certificates to the value of five Bahraini Dinars (BHD 5) each, for full or part payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of twenty Bahraini Dinars (BHD 20) per visit.
c) 1 x House Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Non-Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine or choice of soft drink, to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining for Lunch in the La Mosaique Restaurant. Only valid for the first two (2) months from purchase of Membership.
d) 1 x House Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of house wine or choice of soft drink, to be enjoyed when there are four (4) or more people dining for Dinner in the Waves Seafood Restaurant.
e) 1 x Complimentary Glass of Sparkling Wine or Soft Drink Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary glass of sparkling wine or choice of soft drink per person, when a minimum of four (4) to a maximum of twelve (12) people are dining, in any participating restaurant.
f) 1 X Complimentary Breakfast Buffet Certificate (Transferable): One (1) complimentary Breakfast Buffet for two (2) people at La Mosaique
g) 1 x Complimentary Murg Shamsheri Tikka Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary Murg Shamsheri Tikka when dining at the Spices Indian Restaurant
h) 1 x Complimentary Mango Lassi Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary Mango Lassi for two (2) people when dining at the Spices Indian Restaurant
i) 2 x Birthday or Anniversary Certificate (Non-Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday/anniversary cake when there are four (4) or more people dining.
j) 2 x Banquet Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a five percent (5%) discount, up to a maximum discount of one hundred and fifty Bahraini Dinars (BHD 150), on any conference, banqueting or catering function.
k) 2 x Complimentary Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room category.
l) 1 x Suite Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary upgrade to a Suite or Club Room for a stay of up to three (3) consecutive nights.
m) 1 x Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for an early check-in at 10.00 am and a late check-out at 3.00 pm.
7. 1 x AED 50 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) Cash Certificate to the value of fifty Dirhams (AED 50), for part payment of accommodation, valid at Holiday Inn Al Barsha, Dubai.
Conditions: Only one (1) certificate may be used per room per stay ● Valid for single/double occupancy in Standard room accommodation, on a room only basis
8. 1 x Buy One Get One Free Room Night Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate to enjoy the second (2nd) consecutive night free, when paying for the first (1st) night at the best flex rate ♦ Valid at Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira only ♦ Valid for two (2) consecutive nights stay, only
9. Referral Card Incentive (Non-Transferable):
Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for each such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, a complimentary breakfast buffet for two (2) people at La Mosaique Restaurant.
Conditions: Breakfast buffet is inclusive of brewed coffee, tea and buffet juices ¨ Including applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities ¨ A maximum of two certificates per Member per membership term.
10. Renewal Benefit (Non-Transferable):
i. Member shall receive two (2) cash certificates to the value of five Bahraini Dinars (BHD 5) each, for part or full payment of food and beverage. Can be used up to a maximum spend of twenty Bahraini Dinars (BHD 20) per visit.
ii. One (1) complimentary Spouse Membership Card. Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
11. Spouse Membership (Non-Transferable):
New members have the option to purchase a “Spouse Membership”. Spouse Members receive the same Benefits as Members but excluding any and all certificates i.e. valid only for Member Benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, Spouse Members must have the same family name as the Member.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Acceptance: Use of the membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
(ii) Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card, which shall be one year after initial purchase date; has no cash value and does not guarantee any dining reservation.
(iii) Membership Benefit Conditions: All benefits are subject to availability; valid seven days a week, unless otherwise specified, excluding Black Out Dates below; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer. Membership discounts exclude applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
(iv) Black Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on New Year’s Eve. All room benefits/certificates shall not be valid during the Hajj season in participating hotels in Jeddah, Madinah and Makkah.
(v) Transferable and Non-Transferable Benefits:
A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s guest. The Member/ Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit.
B. Non-Transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by Hotel.
(vi) Certificates: Only one (1) set of certificates per Member per membership term. Hotels must be notified of the intended use of certificates at the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week , unless otherwise specified, up to the expiration date printed on said certificates and such validity will not be extended; may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer; and have no cash value. Cash/Renewal Certificates: Excluding applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
(vii) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant & Benefit Changes): At the time of going to print, all hotels detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotels within the membership program. Participating hotels/restaurants may cease to honor benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling Customer Services. Membership Program marketing agent declines any responsibility for any such modification.
(viii) Currency Exchange: All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local currency using current rates of exchange.
(ix) Lost/Stolen Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Services. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
(x) Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been returned unused to a Customer Services Office. Refund amount will be excluding shipping & handling charges.
(xi) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
