Premium Club Membership Agreement
Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:
1. Dining and Beverage Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off the total food and beverage bill at participating outlets, as specified in the Premium Club brochure, for up to a maximum group size of ten (10) people dining.
Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurants' operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" and room service • The discount must be applied when the bill is settled at the restaurant • The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, local fees, service charges and gratuities; (b) take-away orders, banquet events, private functions, and pool parties; (c) discounted dining specials, special events or hotel promotions independent of the Premium Club program (d) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates and (e) imported alcohols in Egypt
2. Guest Room Benefits (Non-Transferable):
a. Preferred Room Rate: Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off the best available rate in any room type • Discounted rate will not be applicable upon check-in; reservations must be made in advance
b. Egyptian Nationals Preferred Room Rate: Members of Egyptian nationality shall receive a ten percent discount (10%) off the local Egyptian national rates at participating hotels in Egypt
c. Early Check in Benefit: Flexible check in time, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time • To be requested when the reservation is made and subject to availability on the day of arrival
d. Late Check out Benefit: Flexible check out time, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available • To be requested on the day of departure and subject to availability

• Bookings for the local Egyptian Rate can only be booked via Hilton Reservations & Customer Care by calling 19009 locally in Egypt and by quoting your valid membership number and the following code: PR47PY
PLEASE NOTE: A VALID MEMBERSHIP CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN TO QUALIFY FOR THE SPECIAL MEMBER RATES
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • A maximum of three (3) rooms can be reserved for the same dates on the Premium Club Members rate and member must occupy one (1) room • Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation • Member rate will not be applicable unless a valid Premium Club membership card is presented upon check-in
3. Certificate Booklet (Non-Transferable): Each member will receive one (1) set of Premium Club Certificates, valid at the specified hotels in Egypt, containing the following certificates with terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
a. 4 x EGP 150 Cash Certificates: Four (4) cash certificates to the value of one hundred and fifty Egyptian Pounds (150 EGP) each, for full or part payment off room accommodation at Preferred Room Rate • Only (1) cash certificate may be used per visit
b. 4 x Complimentary Lunch/Dinner Certificates: Four (4) certificates to enjoy a complimentary lunch or dinner valid for two (2) people at the outlets specified below:
• 1 x Buffet or set menu lunch or dinner at Fairway, at Hilton Pyramids Golf Resort
• 1 x Dinner Buffet at Abu Keir at Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza
• 1 x Lunch buffet at Solana Restaurant at Conrad Cairo
• 1 x Dinner Buffet at Terrace Café at Ramses Hilton
NOTE: One (1) EGP 150 cash certificate and one (1) complimentary lunch/dinner certificate each valid at Hilton Pyramids Golf Resort, Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza, Conrad Cairo and Ramses Hilton
c. 12 x Three (3) for Two (2) Certificate: Twelve (12) certificates to enjoy a three (3) nights stay for the price of only two (2) nights, at the published rate • Valid for a single stay of three (3) consecutive nights only • Not valid in conjunction with Members Preferred Room Rate
d. 12 x Four (4) for Three (3) Certificate: Twelve (12) certificates to enjoy a four (4) nights stay for the price of only three (3) nights, at the published rate • Valid for a single stay of four (4) consecutive nights only • Not valid in conjunction with Members Preferred Room Rate
NOTE: One (1) ‘3 for2’ certificate and one (1) ‘4 for 3’ certificate each valid at Hilton Dahab Resort, Hilton Hurghada Long Beach Resort, Hilton Hurghada Plaza, Hilton Hurghada Resort, Hilton Luxor Resort & Spa, Hilton Nuweiba Coral Resort, Hilton Taba Resort and Nelson Village, Hilton Sharks Bay Resort, Hilton Sharm Dreams Resort, Hilton Sharm El Sheikh Fayrouz Resort, Hilton Sharm Waterfalls Resort and Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort
4. Renewal Benefit (Non-Transferable): In appreciation of renewing the Premium Club membership Member shall receive sixteen (16) cash certificates to the value of fifty Egyptian Pounds (50 EGP) each, for full or part payment of total room bill during hotel stay • Valid only for in-house guests

TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Acceptance: Use of the membership card constitutes
acceptance of the terms and conditions listed
herein.
(ii) Membership Card: The membership card
is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request; valid
until the expiry date featured on the membership card, which shall be one year
after initial purchase date; has no cash value and does not guarantee any dining
reservation.
(iii) Membership Benefit Conditions:
All benefits are subject to availability; valid seven days a week, unless
otherwise specified, excluding Black Out Dates below; valid
until the expiry date featured on the membership card and may not be used in
conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs,
coupons or vouchers. Membership discounts exclude applicable taxes, local fees,
service charges and gratuities.
(iv) Black Out Dates in
Egypt: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates:
a. Conrad Cairo: Valentine’s day and Public Holidays
b. Hilton Luxor: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year’s
Eve
c. All other Hotels and Resorts: Easter, Eid El Fitr, 6th
October, Eid El Adha, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s
Day, Mothers Day, Coptic Christmas and other Public
Holidays.
(v) Transferable and Non-Transferable
Benefits:
A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member
or by a Member’s guest. The Member/ Membership Card need not be present at time
of guests’ use of the benefit.
B. Non-Transferable:
Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid
Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by Hotel.
(vi) Certificates: Only one (1) set of
certificates per Member per membership term. Hotels must be notified of the
intended use of certificates at the time of advance reservation. Certificates
are valid seven (7) days a week , unless otherwise specified, up to the
expiration date printed on said certificates and such validity will not be
extended; may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers,
discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers; and have no cash value.
Cash Certificates are Non-transferable and not including applicable
taxes, local fees, service charges and
gratuities.
(vii) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant
& Benefit Changes): At the time of going to print, all hotels
detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotels within the
membership program. Participating hotels/restaurants may cease to honor benefits
without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior
notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such
modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits
by calling Customer Services. Membership Program marketing agent declines any
responsibility for any such modification.
(viii) Currency
Exchange: All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local
currency using current rates of exchange.
(ix) Lost/Stolen
Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be
replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer
Services. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement
membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the
previously issued card.
(x) Cancellations:
Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to fourteen (14) days from the
date of issue, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all
certificates have been returned unused to a Customer Services Office. Refund
amount will be excluding shipping & handling
charges.
(xi) Limitation of Liability: In no
event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that
may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or
subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the
proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter
collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or
consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including
any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from
defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance,
including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches
of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts,
omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind
suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the
hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to
Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by
any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party
shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership
in the marketing program.
