Premium Club Membership Benefits
Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:
1. Dining and Beverage Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off the total food and beverage bill at participating outlets, as specified in the Premium Club brochure, for up to a maximum group size of ten (10) people dining.
Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurants' operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" and room service • The discount must be applied when the bill is settled at the restaurant • The discount shall not be applied to:
(a) applicable taxes, local fees, service charges and gratuities;
(b) take-away orders, banquet events, private functions, and pool parties;
(c) discounted dining specials, special events or hotel promotions independent of the Premium Club program
(d) one Dirham (AED 1) promotion at Glasshouse, Hilton Dubai Creek
(e) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates and
(f) imported alcohols in Egypt
2. Guest Room Benefits (Non-Transferable):
a. Preferred Room Rate: Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off the best available rate in any room type • Valid at all participating hotels except Hilton Kuwait Resort • Discounted rate will not be applicable upon check-in; reservations must be made in advance
b. Egyptian Nationals Preferred Room Rate: Members of Egyptian nationality shall receive a ten percent discount (10%) off the local Egyptian national rates at participating hotels in Egypt
c. Early Check in Benefit: Flexible check in time, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time • To be requested when the reservation is made and subject to availability on the day of arrival
d. Late Check out Benefit: Flexible check out time, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available • To be requested on the day of departure and subject to availability
e. In lieu of the Preferred Room Rate, members staying at Hilton Kuwait Resort will receive the following:
i. Members shall be entitled to enjoy one (1) complimentary lunch or dinner buffet in Teatro per stay per occupant, for bookings confirmed in a Standard, Studio or Chalet rooms • Subject to a maximum of two (2) people staying • Valid at Hilton Kuwait Resort only
ii. Members shall be entitled to enjoy two (2) complimentary lunch or dinner buffet in Teatro per stay per occupant, for bookings confirmed in a Presidential or Royal Villa • Subject to a maximum of four (4) people staying • Valid at Hilton Kuwait Resort only

PLEASE NOTE: A VALID MEMBERSHIP CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK-IN TO QUALIFY FOR THE SPECIAL MEMBER RATES
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • A maximum of three (3) rooms can be reserved for the same dates on the Premium Club Members rate and member must occupy one (1) room • Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation • Member rate will not be applicable unless a valid Premium Club membership card is presented upon check-in
3. Spa Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall be entitled to a twenty percent (20%) discount off all Spa services • Valid only at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah
4. Spa Treatment Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall be entitled to enjoy a twenty percent (20%) discount off all treatments at The Spa by Clarins • Valid only at Qasr Al Sharq, Waldorf Astoria Collection and Jeddah Hilton
5. Health Club/Spa Membership Benefit (Non-Transferable): a. Member shall be entitled to enjoy a twenty percent (20%) discount off the membership fee at Hiltonia or The Spa • Valid only at Qasr Al Sharq, Waldorf Astoria Collection and Jeddah Hilton
b. Member shall be entitled to enjoy a ten percent (10%) discount off the membership fee at Hilton Lifestyle • Valid only at Hilton Kuwait resort
6. Certificate Booklet (Cash Certificates - Non-Transferable): Each member will receive one (1) set of Premium Club Certificates, valid at the specified hotels, containing certificates with terms & conditions as printed on each certificate.
7. Renewal Benefit (Non-Transferable): Member shall receive Cash Certificates, in appreciation for renewing the Premium Club membership, for full or part payment of hotel facilities per visit as specified on each certificate • Valid at any participating outlet
TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Acceptance: Use of the membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
(ii) Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card, which shall be one year after initial purchase date; has no cash value and does not guarantee any dining reservation.
(iii) Membership Benefit Conditions: All benefits are subject to availability; valid seven days a week, unless otherwise specified, excluding Black Out Dates below; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers. Membership discounts exclude applicable taxes, local fees, service charges and gratuities.
(iv) Black Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates:
a. Black out dates in UAE, Oman and Kuwait: Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, Eid and Mothers Day.
b. Black out dates in Egypt: Public holidays, Feasts, Easter, Eid, Christmas and New Year.
c. Black out dates in Saudi Arabia
i. Jeddah Hilton and Qasr Al Sharq (for Room Benefits): Eid holiday week, (for F&B Benefits): Ramadan Iftar in the Banquet room).
ii. Madinah Hilton (for Room & F&B Benefits): Eid holiday weeks, Ramadan, and Hajj
(v) Transferable and Non-Transferable Benefits:
A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s guest. The Member/ Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit.
B. Non-Transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by Hotel.
(vi) Certificates: Only one (1) set of certificates per Member per membership term. Hotels must be notified of the intended use of certificates at the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week , unless otherwise specified, up to the expiration date printed on said certificates and such validity will not be extended; may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers; and have no cash value. Cash Certificates are Non-transferable and not including applicable taxes, local fees, service charges and gratuities.
(vii) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant & Benefit Changes): At the time of going to print, all hotels detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotels within the membership program. Participating hotels/restaurants may cease to honor benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling Customer Services. Membership Program marketing agent declines any responsibility for any such modification.
(viii) Currency Exchange: All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local currency using current rates of exchange.
(ix) Lost/Stolen Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Services. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
(x) Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been returned unused to a Customer Services Office. Refund amount will be excluding shipping & handling charges.
(xi) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
