TERMS & CONDITIONS

Use of the Pestana Unlimited card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein.
Restaurants: When accompanied by two to six persons, the discount will be 25% off the food bill and 5% off the beverages. (breakfast, meal, dinner) a la carte in all Pestana Hotels & Resorts and Pousadas de Portugal restaurants upon presentation of the card and when accompanied by one or more dining guests. When the member is alone or accompanied by seven persons the discount will be 10% off the total bill, including beverages. Only one card will be accepted per table.

Complimentary certificates: As a welcome to the Unlimited Club, the members will receive:
(a) One complimentary night certificate for a single or double room for one night. Non-transferable. Valid until card's expiration date.
(b) One certificate for a single or double room up to four nights with 50% discount over rack rate. Transferable. Valid until card's expiration date.
(c) Two certificates for a single or double room for 3 nights for the price of paying only two nights over rack rate. Transferable. Valid until card's expiration date.
(d) One certificate for banqueting or catering with 10% discount with a maximum discount of 500 Eur. Transferable. Valid until card's expiration date.
(e) One certificate for an upgrade to a "Club" room for up to four consecutive nights with membership rate. Not valid with other certificates. Non-transferable. Valid until card expiration date.These certificates are subject to prior reservation and availability.

Preferential room rates: Members and their guests will be entitled to a preferred discount of 10% over the best promotional rate of the day when reservation is required. Non-transferable benefit. Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation.

Banqueting and catering: Members are entitled to a 10% discount over rack rates of banqueting and catering with a maximum discount of 500 Eur. upon presentation of the card. Non-transferable.

Other promotional discounts: Privileges may not be used in conjuction with any other promotional discount or offer applicable. In case of other promotional rates better than Pestana Unlimited, the Pestana hotel will offer members the best promotional rate of the day when booking.

Return Policy: You may cancel your membership by giving notice in writing and by returning the membership card and all certificates within 21 days of receiving the membership pack. Please read the complete Terms & Conditions prior to purchase.
