PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR OAKLAND MARRIOTT CITY CENTER NEIGHBORHOOD PASSPORT

Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member.  A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.

Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption. 

1. Dining Benefit (Card Benefit)
Upon presentation of your valid membership card to your server, you will receive one (1) complimentary meal each dining visit when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.
Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.
Member + 1 guest = 50% discount
Member + 2 guests = 33.33% discount
Member + 3 guests = 25% discount
A continuation of such proportional discounts for further additional guests.
Valid in City Center Grill for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Only one card per table
Excludes alcoholic beverages and taxes and gratuities.
Not valid on Valentine’s Weekend, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Eve

2. Dessert Benefit (certificate)
Two (2) certificates valid for up to four (4) complimentary desserts
Redeemable for dining party of at least four (4) persons.
*Non-transferable

Restrictions
For dinner service only. Not valid for room service. Minimum purchase of 4 entrees.

3. Wine Benefit (certificate)
One (1) complimentary bottle of house wine when there are four (4) or more people dining.
*Non-transferable

Restrictions
Not valid for room service. Bottle may not be removed for the restaurant. Only (1) certificate may be used per visit.

4. $100 in Cash Certificates (certificates)
Member will receive a total value of $100 in cash certificates (in 4 x $25 denominations) to be used at participating restaurants or towards a paid overnight stay.
*Non-transferable

May not be used in conjunction with membership dining discounts. One certificate per visit.

5. Catering and Banquets Benefit (card benefit)
Each member is entitled to 10% off food only with a minimum purchase of $1,000.00 per function.

6. Complimentary Room for Bride & Groom (card benefit)
Complimentary standard room for bride and groom when wedding banquet and/or ceremony/reception booked at hotel for a minimum of _100_ persons.

7. Lounge Benefit (card benefit)
Each member receives 15% discount off for all food.
*Non-transferrable

8. Birthday or Anniversary Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for dessert for two (2) while enjoying dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants during the week of the members Birthday or Anniversary.

9. Preferred Membership Rate (card benefit)
A preferred membership room rate as established by the hotel. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to receive 10% off the best publicly available non corporate rate for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation.

Valid upon presentation of a valid membership card for member and/or guest for all room/suite types.
Members not need be present at the time of their guests’ check-in to qualify, but a valid card number must be quoted.
All guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only.

10. Complimentary Night Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night.

11. $40 Upgrade (certificate)
Members are entitled to an upgrade to a Concierge Level if available, for the payment of $40 when using the Complimentary Night Stay certificate.

12. Special Weekend Rate $79 (certificate)
One (1) certificate for a Special Privilege Weekend rate of $79.

13. Flexible Check-In (card benefit)
Members are entitled to an early check-in

14. Renewing Member Benefit (card benefit)
Renewing member will receive a total value of $25 in cash certificates (in 1 x $25 denominations) to be used towards the purchase of any dining or paid room night. CAN be used in conjunction with other discounts.

15. CLUBHOTEL ® Members (card benefit)
CLUBHOTEL® members receive the same dining discount and preferred room rates as your Oakland Marriott City Center Neighborhood Passport members
