Neighborhood Passport Membership Agreement

Use of the Neighborhood Passport Membership Card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein:

1. Membership Card: The Neighborhood Passport Membership Card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. Membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership Card and only through the date embossed on the Membership Card. Membership Card has no cash value.

2. Dining Benefits: Upon presentation of a valid Membership Card, each Neighborhood Passport member will be provided a complimentary meal when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased. The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding alcoholic beverages, taxes, gratuities and room service) by the number of people in your dining party, and subtracting that amount from the original bill. Limit one (1) card per table. Dining benefits are non-transferable. Your card will be honored at the HILTON CONCORD at Grissini Trattoria & Wine Bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner. HILTON CONCORD reserves the right to change hours of operation without prior notice. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. All food must be purchased during the restaurant's operating hours and ordered from the restaurant's regular menu.

3. Dining Restrictions: Dining privileges will not be honored at the HILTON CONCORD on Valentine’s Weekend, Mother’s Day, Father's Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve. Other blackout dates may apply. Please contact the HILTON CONCORD to confirm the date each holiday is observed. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

4. Guest Room Benefits: A) Each Neighborhood Passport member is entitled to a Preferred Membership Rate, for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, member shall be entitled to receive a 10% discount off the best publicly available rate, for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation. Subject to availability. A valid membership number must be presented in order to redeem benefit, however, member need not be present at his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates. Transferable. B) Each Neighborhood Passport member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms. Subject to availability. In order to redeem this certificate, member must contact the HILTON CONCORD directly at 925-827-2000. C) Each Neighborhood Passport member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary master suite when booking a group of ten (10) or more paying rooms per night. Subject to space availability at the time of reservation. Master suite will be provided for the duration of the stay as a group. One (1) certificate only per group booking. Transferable. D) Each Neighborhood Passport member is entitled to a room upgrade for the payment of $30.00 (plus applicable taxes) when using the Complimentary Night Stay certificate. Subject to availability. Non-transferable. E) Flexible check-in and check-out time, not to exceed four (4) hours before or after posted time, if available. Nontransferable.

5. Guest Room Restrictions: Guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only (except with upgrades), based on advance reservations, subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Not valid for bookings through travel agents, group or block bookings, or in conjunction with corporate rates. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest. Certificate and Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits. Where benefits are “transferable”, member and Membership Card need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above benefits.

6. Catering and Banquets Benefit: Each Neighborhood Passport member receives one (1) certificate valid for 10% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $500.00 (excluding taxes and gratuities). Subject to availability and good for new bookings only. Certificate must be presented at time of booking. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.

7. Dessert Benefit: Each Neighborhood Passport member receives two (2) certificates each valid for up to four (4) complimentary desserts when dining with a party of at least four (4) people. Valid for dinner service only with a minimum purchase of four (4) entrees. Members can receive their regular membership discount with dinner. Not valid for in room dining. Transferable.

8. Meet the Wine Makers Benefit: Each Neighborhood Passport member receives one (1) certificate valid for a 20% discount off any one (1) of the Wine Makers Dinner series. Includes a reception with the Wine Maker or a representative and a four (4) course meal paired with wines. Valid for member and up to three (3) guests. Subject to availability. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. *May not be combined with the dining benefit discount. Non-transferable.

9. Wedding Benefit: Each Neighborhood Passport member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary suite and breakfast or brunch for the bride and groom when wedding banquet and/or ceremony/reception is booked at the HILTON CONCORD for a minimum of 100 people. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Valid for new bookings only. Transferable.

10. Corporate Meeting Benefit: Each Neighborhood Passport member receives one (1) certificate valid for a 20% discount off a Corporate Meeting Package (excluding taxes and gratuities). Includes Continental breakfast, mid morning coffee & cookies, afternoon coffee & brownies and a choice of one (1) preferred visual aid: flip chart, slide projector or overhead projector. Valid for new bookings only. Transferable.

11. Complimentary Dessert for Two Benefit: Each Neighborhood Passport member receives one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary dessert for two (2) while enjoying dinner at Grissini Trattoria & Wine Bar during the week of the member’s birthday or wedding anniversary. Not valid for room service. Non-transferable.

12. Complimentary Parking Benefit: Each Neighborhood Passport member is entitled for complimentary parking of one (1) vehicle. Must be a registered guest at the hotel or dining at Grissini Trattoria & Wine Bar to receive benefit. Nontransferable.

13. Referral Card Incentive: Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary dessert for up to two (2) persons to be enjoyed during dinner at the Grissini Trattoria & Wine Bar. This non-transferable certificate is not valid for room service.

14. Certificates: The HILTON CONCORD must be notified as to the use of certificates at time of advance reservation. Certificates must be presented upon arrival in order to redeem benefits. Valid only through the date embossed on Membership Card.

15. Other Promotional Discounts: Neighborhood Passport membership privileges may not be used in conjunction with any other discount programs or promotions, including corporate rates.
