PROGRAM BENEFITS
All “Langham London Advantage” program benefits and/or certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other cards or programs. The membership is valid for 12 months and entitles the member to the following benefits:
1. Guest Room Benefits:
Members shall be entitled to receive 10% off B.A.R. on all room categories. A valid Membership Card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Subject to advance reservation, space availability and hotel restrictions on allocated rooms. Member need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above rate. Langham London Advantage & CLUBHOTEL membership benefit. Transferable.
A. Members shall be entitled to receive 35% Off Suite rack rates. This benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Langham London Advantage membership benefit only. Transferable.
B. One (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay, when a second consecutive night is purchased at B.A.R. Complimentary night voucher is only valid for Friday; Saturday; Sunday; & Bank Holiday Monday night stays. This voucher is applicable against any rate plan purchased, valid on all days based on advance reservation, space availability, and restrictions on allocated rooms. Member must be present at check-in. Langham London Advantage benefit only. Non-Transferable
C. Two (2) certificates valid for 50% OFF a Langham Club Room when booked at rack rate based on rates indicated on The Langham London website. This benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Langham London Advantage benefit only. Transferable.
D. Flexible check in time, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time if available. Langham London Advantage & CLUBHOTEL benefit. Transferable.
E. Flexible check out time, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available. Langham London Advantage & CLUBHOTEL benefit. Transferable.
2. Dining Benefits:
The following discounts exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages and are valid at all Langham Hotel restaurants & bars. Sunday Lunch is not included in basic dining benefits. Special member benefits for Sunday Lunch are outlined below. Langham London Advantage & CLUBHOTEL benefit. Non-Transferable.
(a) 50% for cardholder and one guest
(b) 33.3% for cardholder and two guests
(c) 25% for cardholder and three guests
(d) a continuation of such proportional discounts for further additional guests
(e) 15% discount for members dining alone
RESTAURANT
NOTE: Discount applies to non-alcoholic beverages ONLY when dining in restaurant or bar. Members may not go to bar, order non-alcoholic beverages (i.e. tea or coffee) and expect discount. Members may not make dining reservations for the Bar. Members who chose to dine in the bar will be subject to a first come first served basis.
Black Out Dates:
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day; Christmas Party nights; December 26th; New Year’s Eve; New Year’s Day; Valentine’s Day & Valentine’s Weekend; Mothers Day, Chelsea Flower Show, Royal Ascot, Wimbledon Tennis Tournament, Farnborough Airshow, World Travel Market.
* Sunday Lunch Benefit:
Member shall receive 25% off, food portion only, during any Sunday Lunch. Not valid for Valentine’s Day or Valentine’s Weekend, Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. Maximum party per booking is 6 people. Langham London Advantage & CLUBHOTEL benefit. Non-Transferable.
3. Program Certificates:
No program certificates may be redeemed in any Langham London Hotel bar. All certificates are single use only. Only one certificate can be redeemed per table, per visit. Lost certificates will not be replaced.
* Referral Card Incentive Certificate:
Member shall receive one (1) referral card form entitling member to a complimentary bottle of house wine voucher upon submission of names of five (5) friends or colleagues that may be solicited for potential membership. Langham London Advantage benefit only, Non-transferable.
* Complimentary Wine Certificate:
Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine to be enjoyed during the week of their Birthday or Wedding Anniversary. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Langham London Advantage benefit only, Non-transferable.
* Sunday Lunch Certificates:
Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary Sunday Lunch for two (2). Not valid for Valentine’s Weekend, Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. Langham London Advantage benefit only, Non-Transferable.
* Complimentary Champagne Certificates:
Member shall receive two (2) certificates each valid for two (2) complimentary glasses of champagne upon arrival whilst having a two-course meal in restaurant. Certificates are not valid with any other promotions or discounts. Langham London Advantage benefits only, Transferable.
* Complimentary Bottle of House Wine for Table of 2 or more people
Member shall receive two (2) certificates valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to local liquor laws, when member dines with at least one other. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Member must be 21 years of age. Langham London Advantage benefit only, Non-transferable.
* Complimentary Afternoon Tea
Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for the member and member’s guest to two (2) complimentary Afternoon Teas. Langham London Advantage benefit only, Non-transferable.
* Complimentary Signature Rum Drinks
Member shall receive two (2) certificates valid for one (1) complimentary Signature Rum Drinks when another is purchased at full price (Buy One, Get One Free) at Artesian Bar. Langham London Advantage benefit only, Non-transferable.
Terms & Conditions

Lost/Stolen cards:
All lost or stolen cards should be reported. An administration fee will be charged to the member and a replacement card will be issued bearing a new number and the same expiry date as the previous card. Lost certificates will be replaced.
Membership Card:
The Langham London Advantage membership card is an individual, personalised Non-Transferable membership card. All benefits are subject to presentation of a valid membership card. The membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. Membership benefits will be extended only on presentation of a valid membership card. Card will be valid 12 months from the date of purchase.
Limitation of Liability:
The marketing agent of the Club (HMC) shall not be deemed to be a party to the contract between the member and the Club or any ancillary services offered by the Club and shall not be liable in contract or in tort to any claims arising out of or relating to the failure of the hotel to provide members with the benefits referred to in the members programme or any injuries or losses suffered on the hotels premises caused by the fault or negligence of the hotel, its servants, employees or agents with the intent that each of such can be and are constructed independently of the other, and if, in any situation HMC is found to be liable to the member, his invitee or guest then such claim is strictly limited to the annual cost of membership. For administrative and accounting purposes, HMC and its associated companies may hold relevant information provided by you on a computer database. This may be used for marketing and promotional purposes specific to the Club. HMC as a matter of policy does not sell, rent or exchange its lists with companies not directly related to the Club.
