MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS LIFE&STYLE

Your “Life & Style” membership gives you the benefit of special reductions on the total food bill for unlimited visits to participating restaurants of Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul.

Participating restaurants include: Café Swiss, Chalet Restaurant, Miyako, Lobby Lounge, Les Ambassadeurs Bar, Gaja Restaurant, Gaja Roof, Gaja Sky, Oasis and Energia

CARD BENEFITS
Dining Benefits (Non-transferable)
Members shall receive the following food discounts at participating restaurants for lunch, dinner and brunch.
Member and one (1) guest 50 %
Member and two (2) guests 33 %
Member and three (3) guests 25 %
Member and four (4) guests or more 20 % (up to a total of 10 people)
Member dining alone 20 %
Conditions
• Only (1) one card per table • The reductions structure in this category is calculated on the total food bill only, excluding beverages, government taxes and service charge • Not valid for catering

Pastry / Deli Shop (Non-transferable)
Members shall receive a twenty percent (20 %) discount on items purchased from Pastry or Deli Shops managed by participating Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts.

CERTIFICATE BENEFITS
Afternoon Tea Certificate (Non-transferable)
Member shall receive one (1) certificate to enjoy a fifty percent (50 %) discount off the total bill of a High Tea Buffet, when a minimum of two (2) and a maximum four (4) people are dining.

CARD BENEFITS
Preferred Room Rate (Non-transferable)
Member shall receive a ten percent (10 %) off the best available daily rate for all room types including Suites. Rate Restrictions are applicable. Benefit may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional or negotiated social rate.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out (Non-transferable)
Member shall be entitled to flexible check-in and check-out times. Subject to prior request and availability at the time of check-in/check-out. Time not to exceed three (3) hours before/after posted time.

CERTIFICATE BENEFITS
Complimentary Room Night Certificate (Non-transferable)
Member shall receive one (1) certificate entitling Member and one (1) guest to enjoy a complimentary night stay including breakfast in a (Park view) Standard Room at Swissôtel The Bosphorus, Istanbul. Room may be upgraded for an additional supplement. Complimentary night stay can only be booked within 21 days of intended date of stay. Subject to availability on check-in. Complimentary night reservations must be made with the Hotel directly on (0212) 326 11 00.

Room Upgrade Certificate (Non-transferable)
Member shall receive three (3) certificates to enjoy a complimentary room upgrade to next room category when checking-in for duration of stay (per certificate). Room Upgrade may be applicable on paid room nights only. Not applicable with any other room benefits.

Conditions
• Valid for single or double occupancy
• Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings
• Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions
• Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for member and/or guest
• Members need not be present at the time of their guests’ check-in
• Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers.
• Accommodation benefits apply to rooms only.
• All rates include VAT

Laundry Benefit (
Non-transferable)
Members shall receive a ten percent (10 %) discount on all laundry and dry cleaning services.

Business Centre Benefit (Non-transferable)
Members shall receive a twenty percent (20 %) discount on services provided at the Business Centre. Member must be an in-house guest to avail this benefit.

Amrita Spa & Wellness Annual Membership (Non-transferable)
Members shall receive a ten percent (10 %) discount off the annual Amrita Spa & Wellness membership
fee.

Spouse Card (Non-transferable)
Members shall receive a complimentary spouse ‘Life & Style’ membership card.

CERTIFICATE BENEFITS
Amrita Spa & Wellness Certificate (Non-transferable)
Member shall receive two (2) certificate to enjoy a twenty percent (20%) discount for member plus one (1) guest on any regular body treatment at Amrita Spa & Wellness.

15 Trl Cash Certificate (Non-transferable)
Member will be entitled to a credit to the value of fifteen Turkish Lira (15 TL), for full or part payment of food , valid at Swissôtel The Bosphorus,Istanbul participating outlets

Referral Benefit (Non-transferable)
Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five (5) friends or business associates to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, when at least one of the referral joins Life & Style, a certificate for 50% off when 4 people are dining in Café Swiss for "buffet" dinner; not valid for a la carte, special days and not for promotions & promotion days.

• Member shall receive one (1) complimentary CLUBHOTEL® card which entitles Member to enjoy non-transferable benefits offered by participating CLUBHOTEL® hotels worldwide.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - LIFE&STYLE EXCLUSIVE

Acceptance: Use of the membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein. This Membership Terms and Conditions are valid and binding over the parties as long as it does not contradict with the provisions set forth under the “Distance Sale Agreement” executed with the Member in accordance with the Law numbered 4077 regarding Protection of Consumers. Please make sure that you have read and signed the Distance Sale Agreement. Distance Sale Agreement has been delivered to you with the package of the product. You may also reach such Distance Sale Agreement at www.loyaltyswissotel.com

(i) Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card, which shall be one year after initial purchase date; has no cash value and does not guarantee any dining reservation.

(ii) Membership Benefit Conditions: All benefits are subject to availability; valid seven days a week, unless otherwise specified, excluding Black Out Dates below; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers. Membership discounts exclude applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.

(iii) Black Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: Christmas Eve, Christmas
Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter Sunday and Formula 1.

(iv) Transferable and Non-transferable Benefits:
A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s guest. The
Member/Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit.
B. Non-transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by Hotel.

(v) Certificates: Only one (1) set of certificates per Member per membership term. Hotels must be notified of the intended use of certificates at the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week, unless otherwise specified, up to the expiration date printed on said certificates and such validity will not be extended; may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty programs, coupons or vouchers; and have no cash value. Cash Certificates: Excluding applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.

(vi) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant & Benefit Changes): At the time of going to print, all hotels and outlets detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotels within the membership program. Any necessary modifications will be advised to Members in advance. HMC cannot be held liable for the modifications if such modifications are due to any cause beyond its reasonable control such as force majeure events. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling Customer Services or referring to the Member website.

(vii) Currency Exchange: All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local currency using current rates of exchange.

(viii) Lost/Stolen Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Services. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the previously issued card.

(ix) Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been returned unused to a Customer Service Office.

(x) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
