PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR SHERATON STOCKTON HIPPO CLUB

Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member.  A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.

Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption. 

1. Dining Benefit (card benefit)
Upon presentation of your valid membership card to your server, you will receive one (1) complimentary meal each dining visit when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.
Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.
Member + 1 guest = 50% discount
Member + 2 guests = 33.33% discount
Member + 3 guests = 25% discount
A continuation of such proportional discounts for further additional guests.
Valid in Hippo for breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Restrictions
Only one card per table.
Excludes alcoholic beverages and taxes and gratuities.
Not valid on Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or  New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day
Members are responsible for contacting the hotel to confirm date each holiday is observed.
Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

2. Birthday Wine and Dessert Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for dessert for two (2) or a house bottle of wine pursuant to California liquor laws, to enjoyed during the week of their Wedding Anniversary or Birthday in hotel restaurant.  Bottle may not be removed from restaurant.  Not valid for Room Service.  Must be 21 years of age.

3. Preferred Membership Rate (card benefit)
A preferred membership room rate as established by the hotel. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to receive 10-30% off the best publicly available rate.

Members not need be present at the time of their guests’ check-in to qualify, but a valid card number must be quoted.
All guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only.

Only valid for three (3) rooms per reservation.

4. Complimentary Night Benefit (Certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night.

Valid based on advance reservation, space availability, and restrictions on allotted rooms.
Subject to availability.
Must be booked directly with the hotel (209) 944-1140
Black out dates: 09/27/08, 10/04/08, 12/31/08, 04/24/09, 04/25/09, 04/26/09, 07/04/09.     

5. Buy One Night Get One Free (certificate)
Two (2) Certificates valid for One (1) complimentary night stay when another night is paid for.  Nights must be consecutive.

Subject to space availability, on quoted rates and restrictions.
Not valid with any other discounts or promotions including the 10-30% discount.

6. Upgrade Certificate (certificate)
Upgrade to the next available room class if available, for the payment of $40.00 when using Complimentary Night Stay certificate.

7. Referral Card Incentive (certificate)
Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary bottle of house wine or dessert for up to two (2) persons to be enjoyed during dinner at Hippo.  Bottle may not be removed from restaurant.
