MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Any member signed up for the Hilton Premium Club program in Trinidad, will only receive one set of vouchers (including one free stay etc.) to be utilized at Hilton Trinidad & Conference Center.
F&B Revenue Drivers
Restaurants
The following discount shall not be applied to beverages, and tips or gratuities and is valid at each restaurant at the Hotel anytime they are open and operating. This benefit is nor transferable and are not valid on banquets, orders made off-premises or through room service. Maximum one membership card per table.
(e) The Member, provided that there are a minimum of two (2) persons with no restriction on the maximum number of persons, shall have the right of his portion of the food bill at no charge under the terms hereinafter referred.
(f) The food bill then is divided by equal parts among the number of persons dining in the table and one part is deducted from the bill as follows:
1. 50% discount for Member and 1 person
2. 33.3% discount for Member and 2 persons
3. 25% discount for Member and 3 persons
4. 20% discount for Member and 4 persons
5. 16.6% discount for Member and 5 persons
6. 15% discount for Member and more than 5 persons
Special benefit to incentive referrals:
(g) One certificate offering the member a free continental breakfast for 2 or an afternoon tea for 2, provided that at least 2 persons referred become members purchasing the membership program.
Bar / Lounges
(h) Fifteen percent (15%) discount off all food and beverages at the hotel’s bars and lounges excluding gratuities or cover fee. Not valid during happy hour and or any other promotion. Non-transferable.

Rooms Revenue Drivers
(a) One certificate valid for one (1) complimentary weekend night stay, valid Friday and Saturday nights. This Non Transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.
(b) Flexible check in time, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time. To be requested when the reservation is made and subject to availability.
(c) Flexible check out time, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available. To be requested during stay and subject to availability.
RESTRICTIONS: Guest Room Benefits are not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings. Members need not be present at the time of their guests’ check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest and:

<P align=center><STRONG><U>TERMS & CONDITIONS</U></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG>(i) Acceptance:</STRONG> Use of the membership card constitutes
acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.<BR><BR><STRONG>(ii)
Membership Card:</STRONG> The membership card is the property of the issuing
agent and must be returned upon request; valid until the expiry date featured on
the membership card, which shall be one year after initial purchase date; has no
cash value and does not guarantee any dining reservation.<BR><BR><STRONG>(iii)
Membership Benefit Conditions:</STRONG> All benefits are subject to
availability; valid seven days a week, unless otherwise specified,
excluding<STRONG> Black Out Dates</STRONG> below; valid until the expiry date
featured on the membership card and may not be used in conjunction with any
other discount or promotional offer. Membership discounts exclude applicable
taxes, service charges and gratuities. <BR><BR><STRONG>(iv) Black Out
Dates:</STRONG> All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: New
Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day and Easter
Day.<BR><BR><STRONG>(v) Transferable and Non-transferable Benefits:<BR>A.
Transferable:</STRONG> Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s
guest. The Member/Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of
the benefit. <BR><STRONG>B. Non-transferable:</STRONG> Benefits may be used only
by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of
identification may be required by Hotel. <BR><BR><STRONG>(vi)
Certificates:</STRONG> Only one (1) set of certificates per Member per
membership term. Hotels must be notified of the intended use of certificates at
the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week ,
unless otherwise specified, up to the expiration date printed on said
certificates and such validity will not be extended; may not be used in
conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer; and have no cash
value. <U>Cash/Thank you Certificates</U>: Excluding applicable taxes, service
charges and gratuities.<BR><BR><STRONG>(vii) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant
& Benefit Changes):</STRONG> At the time of going to print, all hotels
detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotel(s) within the
membership program. Participating hotel(s)/restaurants may cease to honor
benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without
prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such
modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits
by calling Customer Service. Membership Program marketing agent declines any
responsibility for any such modification.<BR><BR><STRONG>(viii) Currency
Exchange:</STRONG> All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local
currency using current rates of exchange.<BR><BR><STRONG>(ix) Lost/Stolen
Membership Materials:</STRONG> <U>All lost or stolen certificates will not be
replaced</U>. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer
Service. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement
membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the
previously issued card.<BR><BR><STRONG>(x) Cancellations:</STRONG> Cancellation
of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no
refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been
returned unused to a Customer Service Office. <U>Refund amount will be excluding
shipping & handling charges</U>.<BR><BR><STRONG>(xi) Limitation of
Liability:</STRONG> In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or
licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any
of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents,
managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the
Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for
any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the
generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the
Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of
performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations,
liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any
relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages
of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the
action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with
the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the
provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any
such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a
subscription for membership in the marketing program.<BR></P>
