Regional Benefits

1. Dining

• 25% discount when dining alone for lunch and dinner
• 50% discount when dining with one guest (2 people)
• 33% discount when dining with two guests (3 people)
• 25% discount when dining with three guests (4 people)
• 20% discount when dining with four guests or more (5 people or more)
Only one card per table, per time.

2. Accommodation

• 10% discount on standard and promotional room rates.10% discount on the following items when charged to your room account:  restaurants, bars, room service, laundry, mini-bar, telephone charges and business centre services. Non-Transferable.
• Six 50% discount certificates on accommodation at any participating Hilton hotel in Asia. Entitling the bearer to a 50% discount off the highest Fully Flexible rate, excluding applicable taxes and surcharge. Valid for one room only, up to a maximum of four (4) consecutive nights stay. Not eligible for Hilton HHonors points and airline miles. Transferable.
• Three Executive Floor upgrade certificates available at any participating Hilton hotel in Asia. Subject to the payment of a non-discounted, published room rate for a Deluxe or higher category room. Valid for one room only, up to a maximum of three (3) consecutive nights stay. Transferable.

General Terms and Conditions
The vouchers are only valid for the duration of the annual membership. Vouchers must be surrendered to receive benefits. Vouchers if lost are not replaceable. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or vouchers. Only one voucher per table, per time.  Hotel’s decision on all matters relating to their hotel shall be final.

Standard discounts exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages/alcoholic beverages are valid at all restaurants. - Excludes Lobby Pavilion & Penthouse Bar. Non-Transferable. Not valid for outside catering. Valid only one card per booking. Valid only one card per table.

2. Dining Vouchers Higher Tier: One 1 x 400 RMB dining voucher valid in Sichuan Court & Leonardo’s. Also Two (2) x 300RMB vouchers valid in all other outlets. Vouchers can be used in conjunction with the standard dining discount. One voucher per visit. Valid for the duration of the membership term.

3. Dining Vouchers Normal Tier: 2 x 100 Dining vouchers to be used in all outlets – valid for 6 months.
 
4. 1 x 2 Complimentary Standard Drinks Voucher valid for 2 persons at Atrium Café. Transferable.

5. Birthday & Anniversary benefit: one Complimentary 1-1b Birthday cake when celebrating Birthday or anniversary at any outlet in Hilton Shanghai. subject to 24 hours reservation. Non-Transferable.

6. Gourmet Corner -15% discounts on all food items. Non-Transferable.

7. Member For The Day Voucher- Enjoy one time experience as a member for the day with full dining benefits. Transferable.

8. Lounge/Bar Benefits:
Ten percent (10%) off total bill in the Lobby lounge & Bar.  Non-Transferable.

9. Banquet & Catering Benefits:
Ten percent (10%) off on standard banquet prices based on a minimum spend of  RMB10, 000 before discount.

10. Heath & Fitness
A. One (1) 50% off for Spa treatments, the member can enjoy One (1) 50% off treatment at The Spa. Valid Monday thru Friday from 10.00am until 3.00pm. Non-Transferable.
B. Two (2) Certificates valid for free entrance for the member and guest at 50% off entrance fee.
C. 25% off initial joining fee for the Spa. Non Transferable.

11. Guest Room Benefits: 
A. 10% off the best available published room rate (including promotional rates, except special Holiday Offers at hotel discretion) and room charges (hotel facility/service) - valid seven days a week, year round upon presentation of a valid Membership Card number for members and/or guest’s of members. Transferable. Subject to availability. Member/membership need not be present at time of his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rate.

B. One (1) certificate valid on weekdays/weekends for one (1) complimentary night stay. This Non-Transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.

C. Redeem complimentary night voucher at Hilton Beijing, Chongqing & Hefei where the guest pays a supplement of 280 RMB- Non Transferable.
 
D. One (1) Certificate Upgrade to a Junior Suite which entitles member to complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite for one night. Subject to availability and applicable payment of a non-discounted, published room rate for a Deluxe or higher category room. Non-Transferable.

E. Six (6) Rooms Saving Certificates providing fifty percent (50 %) off the Highest Fully flexible rate for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights for all room categories. Subject to availability & advance reservations- Transferable

F. Three (3) vouchers Special Weekend Discount Rate of RMB1, 088 + 15% surcharge to be used for weekend only – Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Each certificate is valid for one weekend stay (minimum 1 night and maximum 3 nights). Subject to availability & advanced reservations. Transferable.

G. Flexible check in time, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time if available.

H. Flexible check out time, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available.

Not valid for bookings through travel agents, for group or block bookings. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Hilton promotion - unless specified. Members need not be present at the time of their guests' check-in.  Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions.  Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest.

12. Referral Card Incentive:
Member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine to be enjoyed at any restaurant upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues or associates to be solicited for potential membership, of which at least one friend or colleagues or associates become a member.
