F&B Revenue Drivers

Restaurants

The following discount shall not be applied to beverages, and tips or gratuities and is valid at each restaurant at the Hotel anytime they are open and operating. This benefit is nor transferable and are not valid on banquets, orders made off-premises or through room service. Maximum one membership card per table.

(i) The Member, provided that there are a minimum of two (2) persons with no restriction on the maximum number of persons, shall have the right of his portion of the food bill at no charge under the terms hereinafter referred.

(j) The food bill then is divided by equal parts among the number of persons dining in the table and one part is deducted from the bill as follows:
1. 50% discount for Member and 1 person
2. 33.3% discount for Member and 2 persons
3. 25% discount for Member and 3 persons
4. 20% discount for Member and 4 persons
5. 16.6% discount for Member and 5 persons
6. 15% discount for Member and more than 5 persons
Special benefit to incentive referrals:

(k) One certificate per year offering the member lunch or dinner for 2 persons, excluding alcoholic beverages), provided that at least 2 persons referred become members purchasing the membership program. Non-transferable.

Bar / Lounges
(l) Fifteen percent (15%) discount off all food and beverages at the hotel’s bars and lounges excluding gratuities or cover fee. Not valid during happy hour and or any other promotion. Non-transferable.

X. For no transferable Certificates, a valid membership card must be presented.

XI. Certificates and F&B discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion outside the program.

Rooms Revenue Drivers

(a) All Members will have access to preferred membership room rates which must be lower than any other non-restrictive public rate. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to receive 5% off the best publicly available rate. A valid Membership Card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Non - Transferable. Subject to availability.

(b) 20% discount over Best available non restrictive rate Friday through Sunday
(Included) Non - Transferable. Subject to availability.

(c) One certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This Non - Transferable benefit is valid on week end only, based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. The Member can be upgraded to a Superior Room by paying US$ 50 plus taxes when checking in.

(d) Two certificates, each one valid for 3 nights stay, paying the first two at the preferential rate and the third one complimentary. This Non - Transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.

(e) Two certificates, each one valid for one (1) complimentary upgrade to junior suite or executive floor for one (1) stay with a minimum stay of three (3)
consecutive nights and maximum of five (5), subject to availability at time of reservation. Non - Transferable.

(g) Flexible check in time, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time. To be requested when the reservation is made and subject to availability.

(h) Flexible check out time, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available. To be requested during stay and subject to availability.

Special benefit for Renewing Members:

(i) One additional certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night of stay in a executive room, based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Non Transferable.

RESTRICTIONS: Guest Room Benefits are not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings. Members need not be present at the time of their guests’ check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest and:

XIII. Applicable room rates to redeem Certificates must be at least Member Preferred Rate or higher.

XIV. All Certificates are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

XV. Certificates cannot be combined with any other promotion or room discount outside the program.

Black Out Dates for Dining Benefits:
New Year’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day, Father’s Day and Secretary’s Day, as deemed necessary by Hotel Management.
