HILTON PREMIUM CLUB - THE PALMER HOUSE HILTON BENEFITS
Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member. A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.
Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption.
1. Dining Benefit (card benefit)
Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests.
Member + 1 guest = 50% discount
Member + 2 guests = 33.33% disc.
Member + 3 guests = 25% discount
Member + 4 guests = 20% discount
Member dining alone = 15% discount
Valid for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner at Lockwood Restaurant and Potter’s Lounge for Dinner.

Only one card per table.
Excludes alcoholic beverages, taxes, and gratuities.
Not valid on New Year's Day, Valentine's Weekend, Mother's Day, Easter Sunday, Father's Day, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or Boxing Day

2. Dessert Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive two (2) certificates, each valid for one (1) complimentary dessert, redeemable when dining with at least four (4) people.

Minimum purchase of four (4) Entrees.
Not valid for room service.

3. Birthday or Anniversary Wine Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate per member, valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine (pursuant to Illinois state liquor laws), to be enjoyed during the week of member’s Birthday or Wedding Anniversary.
*Non-transferable
Restrictions
Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine.
Bottle may not be removed from restaurant.
Not valid for Room Service.
4. Wine Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine when member dines with three (3) other people.

Member must dine with 3 other people in order to redeem certificate.
Member must be at least 21 years of age in order to redeem benefit.
Bottle may not be removed from table.

5. Champagne Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary glass of House Champagne when dining with at least one (1) other person.

Valid for dinner service only.
Not valid for room service.
Member must be at least 21 years of age to order Champagne.
6. Appetizer Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary appetizer when dining with a party of at least four (4) people for dinner.

Restrictions
One (1) certificate per table.
Cost of appetizer to be deducted before membership discount is applied.
Valid for Dinner only.
7. Preferred Room Rate (certificate)
Each member is entitled to a Preferred Membership Rate of 10% off the best publicly available rate for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to 5% off the best publicly available rate. (BAR)

A valid membership card number must be quoted at the time of reservation.
Not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings.

8. Complimentary Night Stay Benefit (certificate)
Member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay at Palmer House Hilton Chicago. Member can be upgraded to a Superior Room by paying $50 plus taxes when checking in.

Based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms.
Subject to availability.
Member must contact Palmer House Hilton Chicago in house reservations at 312-726-7500 to book reservation.
Member must have certificate and valid membership card for benefit to be valid.
9. Upgrade for $50.00 (certificate)
Each member will receive two (2) certificates, each valid for an upgrade to the next available room category for $50 per night.
*Transferable

Not valid in conjunction with any other certificates or special discounts.
Subject to space availability upon check in.
10. Special Privilege Weekend rate of $139 (certificate)
Member will receive one (1) certificate valid for a Special Privilege Weekend rate of $139, plus applicable taxes.

Valid Friday to Sunday only.
Based on advance reservations, subject to availability and space allotment a time of check in. In order to redeem this certificate, member must contact Palmer House Hilton Chicago in house reservations at 312-726-7500 at time of reservation.
11. Complimentary Master Suite when Booking a Group of Ten or More Rooms (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary suite when booking a group of ten (10) or more paying rooms.
*Transferable

One (1) certificate per group booking.
In order to redeem this certificate member must contact Palmer House Hilton Chicago in house reservations at 312-726-7500.
Subject to space availability and space allotment at time of reservation.
Suite will be provided for duration of the stay as a group.
12. Referral Card Incentive (certificate)
Upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, members will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) complimentary appetizer or one (1) dessert to be enjoyed while dining at the hotel restaurant for dinner.
*Non-transferable
Restrictions
Not valid for Room Service.
Certificate and valid membership card must be presented in order to redeem benefit.
Certificate to be sent after receipt of the referral card.
13. CLUBHOTEL® Members (card benefit)
CLUBHOTEL® Members receive the same dining discount and preferred room rates as your Chicagoland Hilton Premium Club members.

Members are advised they must make their reservations in advance stating the intent to use their Chicagoland Hilton Premium Club Guest Room Benefits. All Guest Room Benefits are subject to availability and special allotment.
