1. Dining Benefit (card benefit)
Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests.
Member + 1 guest = 50% discount
Member + 2 guests = 33.33% disc.
Member + 3 guests = 25% discount
Member + 4 guests = 20% discount

Valid at Andiamo for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, and the Sports Edition Bar for Lunch & Dinner.

2. Dessert Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive two (2) certificates, each valid for up to four (4) complimentary desserts, redeemable when dining with at least four (4) people.

3. Birthday or Anniversary Wine Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate per member, valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to Illinois state liquor laws, or dessert for two (2) to be enjoyed during the week of member’s Birthday or Wedding Anniversary.

*Non-transferable

Restrictions
Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine.
Bottle may not be removed from restaurant.

4. Wine Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine when member dines with three (3) other people.

5. Complimentary Appetizer (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary appetizer when there are four (4) or more people dining.

Cost of appetizer to be deducted before membership discount is applied.

6. Complimentary Glass of House Champagne (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary glass of House Champagne when dining with at least one (1) other person.

Member must be at least 21 years of age to order champagne.

7. 10% off Food with minimum food purchase of $1,000 (card benefit)
Each member is entitled to 10% off food only, (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $1000 on a catered function.

8. 15% off Food with minimum food purchase of $2,000 (card benefit)
Each member is entitled to 15% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $2,000.00 on a catered function.

9. Corporate Meeting Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for a 20% discount off a corporate meeting package (excluding taxes and gratuities). Benefit includes continental breakfast, mid morning cookies and coffee break, mid afternoon coffee and the choice of flipchart, slide projector or overhead projector.

10. Breakfast Meeting Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate, valid for 30% discount off a Breakfast Meeting (excluding taxes and gratuities). Choice of any breakfast on the catering menu and one (1) preferred visual aid: flip chart, slide projector, or overhead projector.

11. Wedding Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for 15% discount, up to a maximum discount of $2,000.00, on a wedding banquet, valued at $5,000.00 minimum (excluding taxes and gratuities). A complimentary Suite is to be provided for the Bride & Groom on their wedding night with a bottle of house champagne and brunch or breakfast for two (2) the next day.

12. Preferred Room Rate (card benefit)
Each member is entitled to a Preferred Room Rate for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to 5% off the best publicly available rate. (BAR)

Member need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify.
A valid membership card number must be quoted at the time of reservation.
Not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings.
Maximum of three (3) rooms per reservation.

13.Complimentary Night Stay Benefit (certificate)
Member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay at the Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport Hotel. Member can be upgraded to a Hilton Hotel Theatre Room by paying $50 plus taxes when checking in.

Based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms.

14. Flexible Check-in/out (card benefit)
Members are entitled to an early check in or late check out.

*Transferable

Restrictions
Subject to availability at time of check in.
Not to exceed four (4) hours before / after posted time.

15. 3 Nights for 2 Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive two (2) “3 Nights for 2” certificates, each valid for a complimentary third consecutive night’s stay providing the previous two (2) nights are paid for. Last night stay will complimentary.

*Transferable

Restrictions
Not valid in conjunction with any other certificates or special discounts.
Subject to space availability and allotment at time of reservation.
Reservations must be made in advance, stating intended use of certificate and quoting a valid membership number.

16. Complimentary Master Suite when Booking a Group of Ten or More Rooms (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary suite when booking a group of ten (10) or more paying rooms.

*Transferable

Restrictions
One (1) certificate per group booking.
In order to redeem this certificate member must contact Hilton Chicago O’Hare Airport in house reservations at 773-686-8000 to book reservation.
Subject to space availability and allotment at time of reservation.
Suite will be provided for duration of the stay as a group.

17. Complimentary Valet Parking Benefit (card benefit)
Each member is entitled complimentary valet parking for one (1) vehicle when dining at the hotel, by showing the cashier their valid membership card, or is a registered guest.

*Non-transferable

Restrictions
Complimentary parking valid only for duration of meal when dining.

18. Referral Card Incentive (certificate)
Upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, members will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) lunch OR one (1) bottle of house wine to be enjoyed while dining at the hotel restaurant.

CLUBHOTEL® Members receive the same dining discount and preferred room rates as your Chicagoland Hilton Premium Club members.
