Regional Benefits

1. Dining

• 25% discount when dining alone for lunch and dinner
• 50% discount when dining with one guest (2 people)
• 33% discount when dining with two guests (3 people)
• 25% discount when dining with three guests (4 people)
• 20% discount when dining with four guests or more (5 people or more)

     Only one card per table, per time.

2. Accommodation

• 10% discount on standard and promotional room rates.10% discount on the following items when charged to your room account:  restaurants, bars, room service, laundry, mini-bar, telephone charges and business centre services. Non-Transferable.
• Six 50% discount certificates on accommodation at any participating Hilton hotel in Asia. Entitling the bearer to a 50% discount off the highest Fully Flexible rate, excluding applicable taxes and surcharge. Valid for one room only, up to a maximum of four (4) consecutive nights stay. Not eligible for Hilton HHonors points and airline miles. Transferable.
• Three Executive Floor upgrade certificates available at any participating Hilton hotel in Asia. Subject to the payment of a non-discounted, published room rate for a Deluxe or higher category room. Valid for one room only, up to a maximum of three (3) consecutive nights stay. Transferable.

General Terms and Conditions
The vouchers are only valid for the duration of the annual membership. Vouchers must be surrendered to receive benefits. Vouchers if lost are not replaceable. Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or vouchers. Only one voucher per table, per time. Hotel’s decision on all matters relating to their hotel shall be final.

1. Dining Benefits: 

The following discounts exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages/alcoholic beverages and are valid at all restaurants, excluding Indigo Bar, SOHO Bar and Caffe Cino. Non-Transferable.  Not valid for outside catering.  Valid only one card per booking. Valid only one card per table.

• More then 6 people, the card holder will be free dining.

2. Dining vouchers to the value of 300RMB (6x 50RMB) dining vouchers to be used in all participating outlets. Valid for 12 months. Valid in conjunction with the standard dining discount. Non -transferable

3. One (1) voucher valid for complimentary buffet lunch/dinner for two (2) when a minimum of 4 persons dining at the Caffé Cino. Not valid in conjunction with standard dining discount or any other certificates/promotions. Transferable.
 
4. One (1) 50% off certificate on total food bill (excluding tobacco, taxes and gratuities) at any participating restaurant for a table of 12 persons maximum. Not valid in conjunction with standard dining benefits. Transferable.

5. One (1) Breakfast buffet certificate valid for complimentary breakfast for 2 persons. Valid on paid room night only. Transferable

6. Birthday & Anniversary benefit: One (1) Complimentary 1-1b Birthday cake when celebrating Birthday or anniversary at any outlet in Hefei Hilton. Non-transferable.

7.  Member for the day voucher- Enjoy one time experience as a member for the day with full dining benefits. Transferable

8.  Lounge/Bar Benefits: Fifteen percent (15%) off total bill in the Indigo Bar, Caffe Cino and SOHO Bar. Non-Transferable.

9.  Beauty, Heath & Fitness

A. 20% off for Spa treatments.

B. The member can enjoy One (1) complimentary Spa visit for 2 persons.

C. 15% off the annual joining fee for the Spa.

D. Two (2) Certificates valid for the member to receive a discount of RMB 150 at Spa.

E. 20% off all marked price for treatments at the spa, and Nail center. 

F. 10% off all Golf facilities and associated Golf products at the YuanYi International Golf Course Hefei

G. One (1) Fitness Facilities certificate for one day pass to Swimming pool, Gym and Tennis Gourt.

H. Sauna Gift Voucher valid for a complimentary (Hot Spring) Sauna Shaver.

I. One (1) certificate valid for the member to receive 50% off total Hair treatment bill at Hair Salon.

10. Guest Room Benefits: 

A. 10% off the best available published room rate (including promotional rates, except for special Holiday Offers at hotel discretion) and room charges (hotel facility/service) - valid seven days a week, year round upon presentation of a valid Membership Card number for members and/or guest’s of members. Non-Transferable. Subject to availability. Member/membership need not be present at time of his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rate.

B. One (1) certificate valid on weekdays/weekends for one (1) complimentary night stay valid at HOTEL. This Non-Transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.

C. Redeem one complimentary night voucher at Hilton hotels in Beijing, Chongqing & Shanghai where the guest pays a supplement of 280 RMB. Non-Transferable

D. Additional rooms or second nights can be enjoyed at a special member rate of 450 RMB++. Transferable. 

E. Two (2) Certificates “Upgrade to a Junior Suite ” entitling Member to a complimentary upgrade to a Junior suite room for one night; subject to availability and applicable to “paid” bookings on Deluxe rooms or above only. Not valid when using any complimentary night certificate(s). Non-Transferable.

F. Room savings Certificates: Six (6) rooms saving certificates providing fifty percent (50 %) off City High Fully flexible rate for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights for all room categories. Subject to availability & advance reservations- Transferable
 G. Three (3) vouchers special members’ rate of RMB450++ in one Deluxe room. Each certificate is valid for maximum seven (7) nights only- Subject to availability & advanced reservations -Transferable

11 Referral Card Incentive:

Member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine to be enjoyed at any restaurant upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues or associates to be solicited for potential membership, of which at least one friend or colleagues or associates become a member.
