PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR HILTON DURHAM ADVANTAGE
Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member. A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.
Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption.
1. Dining Benefits
Upon presentation of your valid membership card to your server, you will receive one (1) complimentary meal each dining visit when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.
Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.
Member + 1 guest = 50% discount
Member + 2 guests = 33.33% discount
Member + 3 guests = 25% discount
A continuation of such proportional discounts for further additional guests.
Valid in Tipton’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch and Blue’s Sports Bar & Grille for dinner.
Restrictions
▪ Only one card per table.
▪ Excludes alcoholic beverages and taxes and gratuities.
▪ Not valid on Valentine’s Weekend, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or Father’s Day .
▪ Members are responsible for contacting the hotel to confirm date each holiday is observed.
▪ Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

2. Catering and Banquet Benefits
Each member is entitled to 10% off food only with a minimum purchase of $3,500.00.

▪ Subject to new bookings only.
▪ Subject to availability.
▪ Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
▪ Excludes alcohol, taxes and gratuities.

3. Lounge Benefits
Each member receives 20% discount off for all food.
4. Birthday Benefit
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for dessert for two (2) while enjoying dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants during the week of the members Birthday.
Restrictions
▪ Not valid for room service, must have proof of birth date.

5. Preferred Membership Rate
A preferred membership room rate as established by the hotel. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to receive 10% off the best publicly available non corporate rate for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation.

▪ Subject to availability.
▪ Valid upon presentation of a valid membership card for member and/or guest for all room/suite types.
▪ Members not need be present at the time of their guests’ check-in to qualify, but a valid card number must be quoted.
▪ All guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only.
▪ Not valid for bookings through travel agents, or for group or block bookings.
▪ Only valid for three (3) rooms per reservation.

6. Complimentary Night Benefit
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night.
Restrictions
▪ Valid based on advance reservation, space availability, and restrictions on allotted rooms.

7. $40 Upgrade
Members are entitled to an upgrade to a Club Level if available, for the payment of $40 when using the Complimentary Night Stay certificate.

▪ Subject to space availability and restrictions.
▪ Must be used in conjunction with Complimentary Night
Stay.
▪ Reservations must be made in advance.

7. Referral Card Incentive
Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary bottle of house wine or dessert for up to two (2) persons to be enjoyed during dinner at Tipton’s. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant.

8. Flexible Check-In/Out Time
Members are entitled to an early check-in and/or late check out.
Restrictions
▪ Subject to availability at check-in.
▪ Not to exceed four (4) hours before/after posted time.
9. CLUBHOTEL ® Members
CLUBHOTEL® members receive the same dining discount and preferred room rates as your Hilton Durham Advantage members.

▪ CLUBHOTEL® Members must present valid membership card (shown below) to receive benefits.

Members are advised they must make their reservations in advance stating the intent to use their Hilton Durham Advantage Guest Room Benefits. All Guest Room Benefits are subject to availability and special allotment.
1. Lost/Stolen Cards and Certificates: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen Membership Cards must be reported.A processing fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) will be charged for replacement of Membership Cards. If your card is lost or stolen, a replacement card will be issued with a new membership number and the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
2. Limitation of Liability: In no event will the marketing agent of Hilton Durham Advantage be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to or suffered by Hilton Durham Advantage members or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance. Including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature, or kind suffered by the Hilton Durham Advantage member or to others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the Hotel or its agents or employees.
