Executive Club Membership Benefits

Use of the Executive Club Membership Card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein:

1. Membership Card:

The Executive Club Membership Card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. Executive Club membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership Card and only through the date embossed on the Membership Card. Membership Card has no cash value.

2. Dining Benefits:

A) Upon presentation of your Membership Card to your server, you will receive one (1) complimentary meal each dining visit when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased. The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities) by the number of people in your party, and subtracting that amount from the original bill. Limit one card per table.

B) Two (2) certificates valid for up to four (4) complimentary desserts, redeemable for dining party of at least four (4) persons. For dinner service only. Not valid for room service. Minimum purchase of 4 entrees.

C) Your Executive Club Membership Card will be honored at Jade Steak and Seafood for breakfast and lunch and Ptarmigan Lounge for dinner. Some blackout days may apply. The Sheraton Anchorage Hotel reserves the right to change hours of operation without prior notice.

Restrictions: Dining benefits will not be honored at the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel on Valentine’s Weekend, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day or New Year's Eve. Other blackout days may apply. Please contact the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel to confirm the date each holiday is observed. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Not valid in Sushi Bar. Non-transferable.

3. Guest Room Benefits:

A) Each Executive Club member is entitled to a Preferred Membership Rate for guest accommodations, single or double occupancy. This transferable benefit is valid upon presentation of a valid membership number for member and/or guest for all room/suite types. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall receive ten percent (10%) off the best publicly available rate. Subject to availability and blackout dates. Member need not be present at time of his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates.

B) Each Executive Club member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This non-transferable benefit is based on advance reservations and is subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. In order to redeem this certificate, you must contact the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel directly at (907) 276-8700.

C) Each Executive Club member receives two (2) certificates, each valid for one (1) complimentary night stay when another night is paid for; nights must be consecutive. This transferable benefit is based on advance reservations, is subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. This certificate is not valid for bookings through travel agents or with any other discounts or promotions.

D) Each Executive Club member may upgrade to a Junior Suite for the additional payment of $30.00 per night (plus applicable taxes) when using the Complimentary Night Stay certificate or the Preferred Membership Rate. This transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservations, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.

E) Each Executive Club member receives one (1) certificate valid for a 50% discount off the rack room rate for a one night stay only. If stay is longer than one night, then the Preferred Membership Rate or the best publicly available rate shall apply to additional nights. This transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservations, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Subject to availability.

F) Flexible check-in and check-out time, not to exceed four (4) hours of posted time if available. Non-transferable.

G) Complimentary room and breakfast for bride and groom when wedding banquet and/or ceremony/reception booked at hotel for a minimum of _100_ persons. New bookings only. Transferable.

4. Guest Room Restrictions:

Guest room benefits are not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings. Executive Club members need not be present at the time of their guest’s check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest. Certificate and valid Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem non-transferable benefits.

5. Complimentary Wine Benefit:

Each Executive Club member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to Alaska state liquor laws, to be enjoyed during the week of the member’s Birthday or Wedding Anniversary while dining at Ptarmigan Bar and Grill for dinner. This non-transferable certificate is not valid for room service. Certificate and valid Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits. Member must be at least 21 years of age and bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

6. Lounge Benefit:

Each Executive Club member receives a fifteen percent (15%) discount on all food only, (excluding beverages, taxes and gratuities) in the hotel lounge. This non-transferable benefit is not valid during Happy Hour or on black out dates mentioned above. Not valid in Sushi Bar.

7. Conference & Banqueting Benefit:

Each Executive Club member receives a ten percent (10%) discount, to a maximum of $500.00, off the purchase of any conference and banqueting function. This non-transferable benefit is valid seven (7) days a week and reservations must be made in advance, quoting a valid membership number and are subject to availability. Only one (1) card may be used per booking. Can not be applied to any functions booked with the hotel prior to purchase of membership nor valid in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.

8. Meeting Benefit:

A) Each Executive Club member receives one (1) certificate valid for $100.00 off a banquet and/or conferencing function with a minimum value of $1500.00.
B) Each Executive Club member receives one (1) certificate valid for $200.00 off a banquet and/or conferencing function with a minimum value of $2500.00.
C) Each Executive Club member receives one (1) certificate valid for $400.00 off a banquet and/or conferencing function with a minimum value of $5000.00.
D) Each meeting certificate is valid seven (7) days a week and reservations must be made in advance, quoting a valid membership number and is subject to availability. Only one (1) certificate may be used per booking. Can not be applied to any functions booked with the hotel prior to purchase of membership nor valid in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.

10. Spa Benefit:
A) Buy one Ice Spa Service and receive the second for 50% off. Second service must be of equal or lesser value. Treatments must be purchased at the same time and enjoyed at the same time. Non transferable.
B) 20% off all services and treatments at Ice Spa and Ice Spa Boutique. Advance reservation required and valid on presentation of membership card. Non transferable.

C) Certificate valid for a complimentary Radiance Peel treatment to the value of $ 25 with purchase of a facial at regular price. CANNOT be used in conjunction with other discounts. Transferable.

D) One (1) certificate valid for a complimentary Thermal Mud treatment to the value of $ 25 with purchase of a facial OR massage service at regular price. CANNOT be used in conjunction with other discounts. Transferable.
E, One (1) certificate valid for a complimentary neck, back and shoulder massage to the value of $55 with the purchase of an Ice Signature Package at regular price. CANNOT be used in conjunction with other discounts. Transferable.
F. One (1) certificate valid for a paraffin hand treatment (hand or foot) to the value of $15 with the purchase of any Hair Services at regular price. CANNOT be used in conjunction with other discounts. Transferable.

11. Referral Card Incentive:

Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to Alaska state liquor laws, or dessert for two (2) persons to be enjoyed while dining at Ptarmigan Bar and Grill for dinner. Member must be at least 21 years of age and bottle may not be removed from restaurant. T h i s non-transferable certificate is not valid for room service.

12. Certificates:

The Sheraton Anchorage Hotel must be notified as to the use of a certificate at the time of advance reservation. Certificates must be presented prior to use in order to redeem benefits and are valid only through the date embossed on Membership Card.

13. Other Promotional Discounts:

Executive Club privileges may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers, including corporate rates.
