Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City Dining Plus Membership Agreement
Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:
1. Dining Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount off their food bill, at all participating outlets, at any time, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining.
Conditions: Only one card per table ¨ Membership Card must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ All food must be purchased during the outlets' operating hours, and ordered from the outlets' regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or "clip-ons" ¨ The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities; (b) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service; (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Dining Plus program; (d) all beverages and (e) meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates.
2. Preferred Room Rate (Transferable): Member shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the best available rate
Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy ¨ Reservations must be made at least forty eight hours (48 h) in advance quoting a valid membership number ¨ Valid only for direct bookings made through Dining Plus or the Hotel ¨ Members need not be present at the time of their guests check-in ¨ Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability ¨ Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for member and/or guest ¨ Rate restrictions apply and benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or negotiated special rate
3. Early check-in/Late check-out Benefit (Non-transferable): Member will be entitled to an early check-in at 10.00 am and a late check-out at 3.00 pm ¨ Subject to prior request and availability at the time of check-in/check-out
4. Beverage Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people ¨ Valid at all participating outlets ¨ Discount shall not apply to applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities ¨ Not valid during ‘Happy Hour’
5. Take-away Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off any take away items. Items to be selected from the menu ¨ Valid at all participating outlets
6. Laundry Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a thirty percent (30%) discount on all laundry and dry cleaning services, ONLY when staying at the hotel.
7. Complimentary Entrance (Non-transferable): Members will be entitled to a complimentary entrance on special promotional nights at Tamanya Terrace ¨ Subject to advance reservation
8. Business Center Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all facilities at the business center
9. Senso Spa Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall be entitled to enjoy a fifteen percent (15%) discount on any treatment at the Senso Spa
10. Hair Salon Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on all services at the Rafi Salon ¨ Discount is not applicable on retail items
11. CLUBHOTEL Benefit (Non-transferable): Members shall receive a variety of benefits at participating hotels outside the United Arab Emirates, upon presenting their CLUBHOTEL membership card ¨ CLUBHOTEL membership provides exceptional dining and room benefits at over 700 luxurious hotels in 50 countries and over 420 cities around the world ¨ Visit www.clubhotel.com for more information
12. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Dining Plus Certificates, containing the following certificates for use at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
a. 8 x AED 100 Cash Certificate (Transferable): Eight (8) cash certificates to the value of one hundred Dirhams (AED 100) each, up to a maximum spend of two hundred and fifty Dirhams (AED 250) for full or part payment of food and beverage ¨ Maximum spend of one hundred Dirhams (AED 100) may be used against any package or treatment at the Senso Spa
b. 1 x AED 50 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) cash certificate to the value of fifty Dirhams (AED 50), up to a maximum spend of two hundred and fifty Dirhams (AED 250) for full or part payment of food and beverage ¨ Maximum spend of one hundred Dirhams (AED 100) may be used against any package or treatment at the Senso Spa
c. 1 X House wine or Soft drinks/juices Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine or a choice of soft drinks/juices to be enjoyed when four (4) or more people are dining during dinner at Chef’s House or Certo ¨ Valid for Dinner only
d. 1 x ‘Super Breakfast Buffet’ Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary breakfast buffet for two (2) people, valid at Chef’s House
e. 1 x Weekend Brunch/Lunch Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary brunch/lunch buffet on a table of two (2) or more people, to be enjoyed when dining at Certo or Chef’s House ¨ Valid at Certo on Fridays ¨ Valid at Chef’s House on Saturdays ¨ Subject to a minimum of two (2) people dining per table ¨ Meal package with the lowest value will be complimentary
f. 1 x Dinner Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary dinner including soft drinks, for two (2) people to a maximum value of two hundred Dirhams (AED 200), valid at Chef’s House
g. 1 x Birthday/Anniversary Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate for one (1) complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday/anniversary cake when dining ¨ Subject to a minimum of two (2) people dining up to a maximum of ten (10) people dining
h. 2 x ‘Member for a day’ Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a one-time use of the ‘Standard Dining Benefits’ ¨ Valid at any participating restaurant
i. 2 x Banquet Bookers Reward Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for one (1) complimentary dinner for two (2) on a minimum spend of 10,000 AED or one (1) complimentary dinner for four (4) on a minimum spend of 15,000 AED or one (1) complimentary ‘Dine & Stay’ certificate for (2) people on a minimum spend of 20,000 AED on the purchase of any banquet function been held and paid for ¨ Dinner for two (2) valid for a maximum spend of 500 AED and dinner for four (4) valid for a maximum spend of 1000 AED
j. 2 x Complimentary Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room category ¨ Valid on Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays only.
k. 2 x ‘3 nights for 2’ Certificate (Transferable): Two (2) certificates to get the third night free, when the first two (2) nights are paid, at members preferred rate ¨ Valid for check-in on Thursdays or Fridays only
l. 2 x Health Club Outdoor Pool Certificate (Non-transferable): Two (2) certificates for a complimentary one (1) day visit to enjoy the hotel’s Health Club and Outdoor Pool facilities for two (2) people
m. 1 x Stay Fit Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a twenty percent (20%) discount on the annual Senso Membership fee for up to 2 people
13. Certificate Booklet: Each member will receive one (1) set of Dining Plus Certificates, containing the following certificates for use at Radisson Blu Palais Hotel, Vienna and Radisson Blu Style Hotel, Vienna, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:

a. 1 x Buy One (1) Get One (1) Free Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate to get the second night free, when paying for the first night at the best available rate ♦ Valid only for check-in on Saturday
b. 1 x Three (3) nights for Two (2)’ Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate to get the third night free, when paying for the first two (2) nights at the best available published rate

f. 1 x Conference Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate to enjoy a ten percent (10%) discount off the standard day delegate rate
g. 1 x Spa Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate to enjoy one (1) complimentary use of the Alpha Lounge Treatment for one (1) person
h. 1 x Complimentary Local House Wine Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of local house wine to be enjoyed when two (2) or more people are dining ♦ Valid only at Le Siècle Restaurant

a. 1 x Buy One (1) Get One (1) Free Certificate (Non-transferable): One (1) certificate to get the second night free, when paying for the first night at the best available rate ♦ Valid only for check-in on Saturday
b. 1 x Three (3) nights for Two (2)’ Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate to get the third night free, when paying for the first two (2) nights at the best available published rate
c. 1 x Suite Upgrade Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate to enjoy a complimentary upgrade to the next best available room category for duration of stay
d. 1 x 25% off Rack Rate Certificate: One (1) certificate to enjoy a special discount of twenty-five percent (25%) off the floating rate rack

f. 1 x Complimentary Local House Wine Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary bottle of local house wine to be enjoyed when two (2) or more people are dining ♦ Valid only at Sapori Restaurant
14. Certificates: Each member will receive one (1) set of Dining Plus Certificates, containing the following certificates for use at Radisson Blu Resort, Sharjah, terms & conditions as printed on each certificate:
a. Bay Club Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a complimentary entry to the Bay Club upon payment of another entry fee ♦ Valid Sunday through until Thursday
b. 25% Discount ‘Accommodation’ Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a twenty five percent (25%) discount off the best available retail rate on a consecutive stay of two (2) nights ♦ Discount is valid on a stay of two (2) nights only
c. AED 25 Cash Certificate (Transferable): One (1) certificate for a credit to the value of twenty five Dirhams (AED 25) for part payment of food and beverage on a minimum spend of two hundred Dirhams (AED 200) during the Friday Family Lunch ♦ Valid only during the Friday Family Lunch
15. Referral Card Incentive (Non-transferable): Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, Member shall receive, for each such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) certificate for a complimentary Lunch or Dinner to the value of two hundred Dirhams (AED 200) for two (2) people including soft drinks, valid at Chef’s House.
Conditions: Valid at Chef’s House ¨ A maximum of two (2) certificates per Member per membership term.
16. Renewal Benefit (Non-transferable): Member shall receive a ‘Thank you’ cash certificate and a complimentary spouse membership card.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
(i) Acceptance: Use of the membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
(ii) Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card, which shall be one year after initial purchase date; has no cash value and does not guarantee any dining reservation.
(iii) Membership Benefit Conditions: All benefits are subject to availability; valid seven days a week, unless otherwise specified, excluding Black Out Dates below; valid until the expiry date featured on the membership card and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer. Membership discounts exclude applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
(iv) Black Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: New Year’s Eve, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day and Easter Day.
(v) Transferable and Non-transferable Benefits:
A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s guest. The Member/Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit.
B. Non-transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by Hotel.
(vi) Certificates: Only one (1) set of certificates per Member per membership term. Hotels must be notified of the intended use of certificates at the time of advance reservation. Certificates are valid seven (7) days a week , unless otherwise specified, up to the expiration date printed on said certificates and such validity will not be extended; may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer; and have no cash value. Cash/Thank you Certificates: Excluding applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities.
(vii) Modification (Hotel/Restaurant & Benefit Changes): At the time of going to print, all hotels detailed in the membership collateral are participating hotel(s) within the membership program. Participating hotel(s)/restaurants may cease to honor benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling Customer Service. Membership Program marketing agent declines any responsibility for any such modification.
(viii) Currency Exchange: All amounts listed in US$ may be charged/calculated in local currency using current rates of exchange.
(ix) Lost/Stolen Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Service. A processing fee of US$ 20.00 will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
(x) Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been returned unused to a Customer Service Office. Refund amount will be excluding shipping & handling charges.
(xi) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any of the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
