Use of the CrowneClub Membership Card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein:

1. Membership Card: The CrowneClub Membership Card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request.Membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership Card and only through the date embossed on the Membership Card.Membership Card has no cash value.

2. Dining Benefits: Upon presentation of a valid Membership Card, each CrowneClub member will be provided a complimentary meal when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased. The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities) by the number of people in your dining party, and subtracting that amount from the original bill. Limit one (1) card per table. Dining benefits are non-transferable.Your card will be honored at the Crowne Plaza Dallas Near the Galleria at McArthur’s Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Crowne Plaza Dallas Near the Galleria reserves the right to change hours of operation without prior notice. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

3. Dining Restrictions: Dining privileges will not be honored at the Crowne Plaza Dallas Near the Galleria on Valentine’s Weekend, Easter Sunday,Mother’s Day,Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve. Other blackout dates may apply. Please contact the Crowne Plaza Dallas Near the Galleria to confirm the date each holiday is observed. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

4. Guest Room Benefits: A) Each CrowneClub member is entitled to a Preferred Membership Room Rate. In the event that a lower nonrestrictive room rate is available for the dates booked,member shall be entitled to receive a 10% discount off the best publicly available rate. Subject to availability. A valid membership number must be presented in order to redeem benefit, however, member need not be present at his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates. Transferable. B) Each CrowneClub member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This nontransferable benefit is valid based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms. Subject to availability. In order to redeem this certificate, member must contact the Crowne Plaza Dallas Near the Galleria directly at 972-980-8877. C) Each CrowneClub member receives two (2) "3 Nights for 2" certificates each valid for a complimentary third consecutive night's stay providing the previous two (2) nights are paid for. Last night stay will be complimentary. Not valid in conjunction with any other certificates or special discounts. Subject to space availability at time of reservation. Reservations must be made in advance, stating intended use of certificate and quoting a valid membership number. Transferable. D) Each CrowneClub member receives one (1) certificate valid for a Special Privilege Weekend rate of $79.00 for a standard room. Valid Friday to Sunday only. Based on advance reservations, subject to availability and space allotment at time of reservation. Transferable. E) Each CrowneClub member is entitled to a room upgrade to a suite, club or concierge levels for the payment of $30.00 (plus applicable taxes) when using the Complimentary Night Stay certificate or Preferred Membership Room Rate. Subject to availability. Transferable. F) Flexible check-in and check-out time, not to exceed four (4) hours before or after posted time, if available. Non-transferable.

5. Guest Room Restrictions: Guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only (except with upgrades), based on advance reservations, subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Not valid for bookings through travel agents, group or block bookings, or in conjunction with corporate rates. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest. Certificate and Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits.Where benefits are “transferable”, member and Membership Card need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above benefits.

6. Catering and Banquets Benefit: Each CrowneClub member is entitled to 10% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $1000.00 (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities) per function. Subject to availability and good for new bookings only.Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.

7. Lounge Benefit: Each CrowneClub member is entitled to 20% off for all food and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities) while dining at The Atrium Bar. Non-transferable.

8. Birthday/Anniversary Benefit: Each CrowneClub member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to Texas state liquor laws, to be enjoyed during the week of the member's Birthday or Wedding Anniversary at McArthur’s Restaurant for dinner. Not valid for room service. Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine and bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Nontransferable.

9. Referral Card Incentive: Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for a $25.00 gift certificate to be used towards any hotel service or product. Not valid in the hotel gift shop. Non-transferable.
