Condado Platinum Membership Agreement

Use of the Condado Platinum Membership Card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein:

1. Membership Card: The Condado Platinum Membership Card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request.Membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership Card and only through the date embossed on the Membership Card.Membership Card has no cash value.

2. Dining Benefits: Upon presentation of a valid Membership Card, each Condado Platinum member will be provided a complimentary meal when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased. The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities) by the number of people in your dining party, and subtracting that amount from the original bill. Limit one (1) card per table. Dining benefits are non-transferable. Your card will be honored at the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino at La Vista Restaurant and Ocean Terrace for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch and Ristorante Tuscany for dinner. San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino reserves the right to change hours of operation without prior notice. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

3. Dining Restrictions: Dining privileges will not be honored at the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino on Valentine’s Weekend, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve. Other blackout dates may apply. Please contact the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino to confirm the date each holiday is observed. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

4. Guest Room Benefits: A) Each Condado Platinum member is entitled to a Preferred Membership Room Rate. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, member shall be entitled to receive a 10% discount off the best publicly available rate. Subject to availability. A valid membership number must be presented in order to redeem benefit, however, member need not be present at his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates. Transferable. B) Each Condado Platinum member receives three (3) certificates, each valid for one 30% off rack rate. This transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms. Subject to availability. In order to redeem this certificate, member must contact the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino directly at 787-722-7000. C) Flexible check-in and check-out time, not to exceed four (4) hours before or after posted time, if available. Nontransferable.

5. Guest Room Restrictions: Guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only, based on advance reservations, subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Not valid for bookings through travel agents, group or block bookings, or in conjunction with corporate rates.Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest. Certificate and Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits.Where benefits are “transferable”, member and Membership Card need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above benefits.

6. Catering and Banquets Benefits: Each Condado Platinum member is entitled to 15% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $500.00 (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities) for one (1) function. A maximum of $1000.00 discount. Subject to availability and good for new bookings only. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.

7. Lounge Benefit: Each Condado Platinum member is entitled to 15% off for all food (excluding taxes and gratuities) while dining at the lobby lounge. Not valid during happy hour and black out days. Non-transferable.

8. Complimentary Desserts Benefit: Each Condado Platinum member receives two (2) certificates, each valid for up to four (4) complimentary desserts when dining with a party of at least four (4) people.Valid for dinner service only and with a minimum purchase of four (4) entrees. Not valid for room service. Transferable.

9. Spa Benefit: Each Condado Platinum member receives one (1) certificate valid for $25.00 cash vouchers to be redeemed in the spa. Not valid with any other discount or promotion and may not be used together. Non-transferable.

10. Complimentary Happy Hour Benefit: Each Condado Platinum member receives one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary one (1) hour Happy Hour Food Party (excluding beverages, taxes and gratuities) in the lounge for up to 25 people. The party includes the hotel selected hors d’oeuvres and reserved party space. Beverages are not complimentary. Member must call at least one (1) week in advance to reserve their party. Subject to availability. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.

11.Wedding Benefit: Each Condado Platinum member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary suite and breakfast or brunch for the bride and groom when wedding banquet and/or ceremony/reception is booked at the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino with a minimum of 100 people. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. New bookings only. Transferable.

12. Lunch Club Meeting Benefit: Each Condado Platinum member receives one (1) certificate valid for 25% discount off a Special Lunch Club Meeting (excluding taxes and gratuities). Includes a lunch buffet and a choice of one (1) preferred visual aid: flip chart, slide projector or overhead projector.Minimum booking of ten (10) people and a maximum of 25 people.New bookings only. Subject to availability. Transferable.

13. Corporate Meeting Benefit: Each Condado Platinum member receives one (1) certificate valid for 20% discount off a Corporate Meeting Package (excluding taxes and gratuities). Includes a Continental breakfast, mid morning coffee & cookies, afternoon coffee & brownies and a choice of one (1) preferred visual aid: flip chart, slide projector or overhead projector. New bookings only. Subject to availability. Transferable.

14. Health Club Membership Benefit: Each Condado Platinum member is entitled to 20% off on a Health Club Membership. Member can purchase health club membership for self plus one (1) additional family member. Non-transferable.

15. Parking Benefit: Each Condado Platinum member receives complimentary parking for one (1) vehicle when member is a registered guest or when dining at the hotel. Non-transferable.

16. Referral Card Incentive: Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary bottle of house wine (pursuant to Puerto Rico liquor laws) or dessert for up to two (2) persons to be enjoyed while dining in any of the participating restaurants for dinner. Not valid for room service.Member must be 21 years of age to order wine and bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Non-transferable.

17. Certificates: The San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino must be notified as to the use of certificates at time of advance reservation. Certificates must be presented upon arrival in order to redeem benefits.Valid only through the date embossed on Membership Card.

18. Other Promotional Discounts: Condado Platinum membership privileges may not be used in conjunction with any other discount programs or promotions, including corporate rates.
