1. CARD BENEFITS:
A) ROOM BENEFITS: (TRANSFERABLE)
CLUBHOTEL® members shall be entitled to receive, at minimum, at least 20%
off B.A.R. (Best Available Rate) on all room categories.
Not applicable
to corporate rates.
A valid CLUBHOTEL® membership number must be quoted at
the time of reservation.
Reservations must be made in advance and are
subject to room allotment & availability.
Member need not be present
at his/her guest’s check-in to qualify for the rate.

B) F&B BENEFITS: (NON-TRANSFERABLE)
CLUBHOTEL® members shall be entitled to 20% off the total bill in any
participating F&B outlet.
The discount does not apply to:
(a)
applicable taxes/service charges
(b) orders made off-premises, functions or
through room service
(c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions
independent of the CLUBHOTEL® membership programme
(d) meals taken as part of
bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates
(e) banquet or
private rooms and tables of more than 12 people.

2. COMPLIMENTARY NIGHT CERTIFICATE: (NON-TRANSFERABLE)
This certificate may be redeemed at participating hotels. List of member-hotels may change from time to time. Please visit www.clubhotel-vietnam.com or our hotline: 1800 6889 for most current listing.

• This
certificate is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the
CLUBHOTEL®member only.
• Advance reservation is required and subject to space
availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.
• Room reservation must be
made via CLUBHOTEL® Member Services at 1800 6889, and not directly with
the hotel.
• Blackout dates apply: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas
Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and other local and religious national
holidays.
• Only one (1) complimentary night certificate may be used per
stay.
• This certificate must be presented and surrendered to hotel at time
of check-in. Failure to do so will result in prevailing room rate being charged
for the stay.
• Valid CLUBHOTEL®membership card must be presented to validate
certificate.
• Certificate has no cash value.
• Any lost, stolen or
unused/expired certificates will not be replaced.
3. CERTIFICATES:
A) Three (3) Nights For Two (2) Certificate: This
certificate entitles the bearer to receive a 3rd consecutive night free, when
paying for the first two (2) nights at best available published
rate.

original certificate.
• Reservation must be made in advance, stating intended
use of the certificate and quoting a valid membership number shown on this
certificate.
• Only one (1) certificate may be used per stay and cannot be
combined with other promotional offers.
• This certificate must be presented
and surrendered to hotel at time of check-in. Failure to do so will result in
prevailing room rate being charged for the 3rd night’s stay.
• Certificate
cannot be used retrospectively and will not be accepted if presented at time of
check-out.
• Valid for single or double occupancy on a room-only basis.

Certificate has no cash value.
• Any lost, stolen or unused/expired
certificates will not be replaced.
B) Four (4) Nights For Three (3) Certificate: This
certificate entitles the bearer to receive a 4th consecutive night free, when
paying for the first three (3) nights at best available published
rate.

C) US $20 Cash Certificate: This certificate entitles the
bearer to a US$20 credit towards breakfast, lunch or dinner at any participating
outlet or towards paid room night.

Beverage redemption, not valid for afternoon tea or Sunday Brunch.
• For Food
& Beverage redemption, valid only when minimum of 4 guests dining

party and cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, loyalty
programmes, coupons, vouchers, or any other room benefit certificates or card
benefits.
• This certificate must be presented and surrendered to hotel as
part payment of the total bill.
• Card benefit discount cannot be used in
conjunction with this certificate.
• Certificate has no cash value.
• Any
lost, stolen or unused/expired certificates will not be replaced.
D) Complimentary Wine Certificate: This certificate entitles
the bearer to a complimentary bottle of house wine when two (2) or more guests
are dining in the restaurant.

• Valid at
participating outlets at CLUBHOTEL® partner hotels. Only valid with at least 2
persons dining together, both ordering entrée items.
• This certificate must
be presented and surrendered to hotel at the time drink order is placed.
Retrospective redemption will not be accepted if presented at time of bill
settlement.
• CLUBHOTEL® standard card benefit may be used in conjunction
with this certificate.
• Certificate has no cash value.
• Any lost, stolen
or unused/expired certificates will not be replaced.
E) 20% of Spa Treatment Certificate: Certificate cannot be combined with any other offers. Certificates valid for 1 year only. Transferable Benefit.
F) Suite Upgrade Certificate: This certificate entitles the
bearer to a complimentary upgrade to next category of room or a suite for the
duration of stay.

G) Buy 2 free 2 meals Certificate (3 certificates): Valid for four (4) persons for buffet lunch or dinner, set menu, or ala carte menu for 2 courses at USD20/person (soup/salad + entrée, or entrée + dessert) plus coffee/tea, when two persons are paying full price.

H) Complimentary Birthday Cake Certificate: Valid for a
minimum 1-lb birthday cake during member’s birth month, to be enjoyed in a
participating outlet with minimum party of 4

• Advance
reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Hotel may limit
choice of birthday cake
• Maybe used in conjunction with Card Benefit
(i) Acceptance: Use of a membership card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
(ii) Membership Card: The membership card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. Membership cards are valid for the Membership Term as embossed on the membership card, which is one year after initial purchase date. Membership cards have no cash value and do not guarantee reservation.
(iii) Membership Benefit Conditions: All Membership Benefits are valid only during the Membership Term and shall automatically expire thereafter. All benefits are subject to availability, valid seven days a week, excluding Black-Out Dates, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
(iv) Transferable and Non-Transferable Benefits:
A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s guest. The Member/ Membership Card need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit.
B. Non-Transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid Membership Card. Proof of identification may be required by HOTEL.
(v) Black-Out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and Day, and other local and religious national holidays.
(vi) Modifications (Restaurant & Benefit Changes): Participating restaurants may cease to honor benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify restaurant participation & benefits by calling Member Services. Membership Program
marketing agent declines any responsibility for modifications.
(vii) Lost/Stolen Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Member Services. A processing fee of ten USD (US$10) will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as first card.
(viii) Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honoured up to ten (10) days from the date of issue, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been returned to CLUBHOTEL® VIETNAM.
(ix) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors, agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program (hereinafter collectively “Protected Parties”) be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance, including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by Members or others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the hotel or its agents or employees in connection with the Benefits provided to Member herein. In the event of a breach of any the provisions hereof by any Protected Party, the extent of any liability of any such Protected Party shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing programmed.
