CLUBHOTEL IRELAND MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:

Use of the membership card and/or any of the certificates constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein:

CLUBHOTEL BENEFITS

1. Dining Benefit (Non-Transferable): Members shall receive:

A) A discount of twenty percent (20%) off the total food and beverage bill, at participating restaurants for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.

Or

B) Up to fifty percent (50%) discount on food only at selected, in this case Members shall receive a discount equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is the number of persons dining (e.g., a fifty percent (50%) discount on the total food purchased by the Member and one guest, a one-third (33-1/3%) discount to a Member and two guests).  Max one membership card per table.  Members dining alone shall receive a 15% discount.

Dining Benefits Conditions: One card per table. Membership Card must be presented at the time of dining in order to receive discount. All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurant’s operating hours, and ordered from the restaurant’s regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or clip-ons. The discount shall not be applied to (a) applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities (b) orders made off-premises, functions or through room service (c) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the membership program (d) any meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates (e) banquet or private rooms and tables of more than 12 people.

DINING CERTIFICATES
A. Two (2) x Complimentary House Wine Certificates valid for the participating properties in Ireland (Non-Transferable): One certificate for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine to be enjoyed when two (2) or more people are dining at participating hotels in Ireland. Only one (1) certificate may be used per visit. Card benefit can be used with this certificate, offer cannot be combined with any other offer, Black-out dates apply. Valid at:
Dublin: Fitzwilliam Hotel, Citywest Hotel & Golf Course, Royal Marine Hotel, Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links, Hampton Hotel. Lucan: Finnstown Country House Hotel

 
B. One (1) Lunch certificate valid for Euros 25 valid at The Fitzwilliam Hotel Dublin to be used when at least two people are dining at the Citron Restaurant. Card benefit can be used with this certificate; however, the certificate cannot be combined with any other offer. Black-out dates apply. Certificate has no cash value.

2. Guest Room Benefits: 
A. Members shall be entitled to receive 10% off the B.A.R. or best publicly available rates on all room categories in all hotels listed on www.clubhotel.com .  A valid Membership Card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Subject to availability.  Member need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above rate. Transferable.    

B. One (1) certificate valid for one (1) EMEA complimentary night stay in any participating properties.  This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.  Reservation must be made no more than thirty (30) days in advance via CLUBHOTEL MEMBER SERVICES.  Subject to availability. C. Member shall be entitled to a complimentary upgrade to next category room for duration of stay; subject to availability at time of check in and applicable to only “paid” nights.  Not valid when using any complimentary night certificate(s), excluding any upgrades to suites.  Non-Transferable.

D. Flexible check in, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time, only if available.

E. Flexible check out, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time, only if available. 

F. Two (2) “Buy One Get One Night Complimentary” certificates valid at selected CLUBHOTEL partner hotels entitling member to pay full B.A.R. for the first night and have the second night complimentary in the same room type as per the paid room night in hotel. Certificate will be retained by the hotel at check-in. Not valid with any other promotional offers, coupons, discounts or any other room benefits. Black-out dates apply. Subject to advance bookings, availability. Transferable.  Valid at Fitzwilliam Hotel, Citywest Hotel & Golf Course, Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links, Royal Marine Hotel, Hampton Hotel, Merrion Hall, Aberdeen Lodge Lucan: Finnstown Country House Hotel County Claire: Halpin’s Townhouse

G. Two (2) “ Three (3) nights for Two (2) ” certificates valid at any CLUBHOTEL partner hotel entitling member to pay full B.A.R. for two nights and have the third night complimentary in the same room type as per the paid room night in hotel.  Certificate will be retained by the hotel at check-in. Not valid with any other promotional offers, coupons, discounts or any other room benefits. Black-out dates apply. Subject to advance bookings, availability. Transferable. H. One (1) “Suite Upgrade” certificate valid at selected CLUBHOTEL partner hotels In Ireland entitling member to stay in a suite for the duration of stay; subject to advance bookings, stating intended use of the certificate and quoting a valid membership number at the time of reservation. Only applicable to CLUBHOTEL bookings. Only one accommodation certificate may be used per visit. Valid for single or double occupancy on a room only basis including tax/service charge.  Certificate will be retained by the hotel at check-in. Not valid with any other promotional offers, coupons, discounts or any other room benefits. Black-out dates apply. Subject to advance bookings, availability. Transferable. Valid at The Royal Marine, Hampton Hotel and Halpin’s Townhouse

I. Two (2) “50% Off Rack Rate” certificates valid at Halpins Private Hotels and Hampton Hotel entitling member to 50% off floating rack rate.  Only one certificate may be used per visit and the certificate will be retained by the hotel at check-in. Not valid with any other promotional offers, coupons, discounts or any other room benefits. Black-out dates apply. Subject to advance bookings, availability. Transferable. Valid at Merrion Hall, Aberdeen Lodge, Halpin’s Townhouse and Hampton Hotel.

J. Guest Room Benefits are not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group bookings.

K. Black-out periods include, but are not limited to Black-Out Dates when all benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and Day, and other local and religious national holidays.

Hotel to alert HMC within 60 days of any specific black-out dates to occur.  Members need not be present at the time of their guests’ check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.

3. Referral Card Incentive:
Members shall receive one (1) referral card form entitling member to one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, upon submission of names of five (5) friends or colleagues that may be solicited for potential membership within 10 days of receipt of membership. Non-transferable.

4. Renewal Incentive:
Members shall receive one (1) Complimentary House Wine Certificates valid for the participating properties in   Ireland on renewal of annual membership. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Non-transferable.

Lost/Stolen Membership Materials: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.  Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Customer Services.  A processing fee of ten Stg. (£10) will be charged for each replacement membership card, which will be issued with the same expiration date as the previously issued card.

Cancellations: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of receipt of membership, but no refund will be issued until the membership card and all certificates have been returned unused to the Customer Services Office which is located at 4 York Street, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW1 3LD, United Kingdom
