PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR CLUB RIVERWALK

Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member.  A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.
Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption.

1. Dining Benefit (card benefit)
Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests.
Member + 1 guest = 50% discount
Member + 2 guests = 33.33% disc.
Member + 3 guests = 25% discount
Member + 4 guests = 20% discount

Only one card per table.
Excludes alcoholic beverages, taxes, and gratuities.
Not valid on Mother's Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, December 26, or New Year’s Day.

2. Bar Benefit (card benefit)
Members receive a discount of fifteen percent (15%) off all food and beverages, served (excluding taxes & gratuities) at the hotel lounge

3. Birthday or Anniversary Wine Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate per member, valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to Texas state liquor laws, to be enjoyed during the week of member’s Birthday or Wedding Anniversary.

Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine.
Bottle may not be removed from restaurant.

4. Dessert Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive two (2) certificates, each valid for up to four (4) complimentary desserts, redeemable when dining with at least four (4) people.

5. $25  Dining Experience (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate worth $25.00 to be used towards one (1) dining experience.

6. Wine Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine when member dines with three (3) other people.

7. Appetizer When Four People Dine (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary appetizer when there are four (4) or more people dining.

Restrictions
Cost of Appetizer to be deducted before membership discount is applied.

Only one certificate may be used per visit.

8. $25 Cash Certificates (certificate)
Each member will receive four (4) certificates, each worth $25.00 for a total value of $100.00. Certificates may be used towards dining when dining with a party of four (4) or towards a paid overnight stay. May be combined with member discount

9. 10% off Food with minimum food purchase of $1,000 (card benefit)
Each member is entitled to 10% off food only, (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $1000 on a catered function.

10. Corporate Meeting Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for a 20% discount off a corporate meeting package (excluding taxes and gratuities). Benefit includes continental breakfast, mid morning cookies and coffee break, mid afternoon coffee and brownies and the choice of flipchart, slide projector or overhead projector.

11. Comp. Suite & / Breakfast or Brunch for Bride & Groom (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate for a Complimentary Suite and Breakfast or Brunch, for Bride and Groom when wedding banquet and/ or ceremony/reception is booked with the hotel. for a minimum of one hundred and twenty-five (125) people

12. Wedding Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for 15% discount, up to a maximum discount of $2,000.00, on a wedding banquet, valued at $5,000.00 minimum (excluding taxes and gratuities). A complimentary Suite is to be provided for the Bride & Groom on their wedding night with a bottle of house champagne and brunch or breakfast for two (2) the next day.

13. 15% Discount on Catered Function (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate, valid for fifteen percent (15%) discount, up to a maximum discount of $500 on the purchase of any conference banquet or catered function.

14. Preferred Room Rate (card benefit)
Each member is entitled to a Preferred Room Rate for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to 15% off the best publicly available rate. (BAR)

Member need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify.
A valid membership card number must be quoted at the time of reservation.
Not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings.

15. Complimentary Night Stay Benefit (certificate)
Member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay at the Crowne Plaza Riverwalk Hotel.

16. Complimentary Upgrade with Preferred Membership Room Rate (card benefit)

17. Flexible Check-in/out (card benefit)
Members are entitled to an early check in or late check out.

18. 3 Nights for 2 Benefit (certficiate)
Each member will receive two (2) “3 Nights for 2” certificates, each valid for a complimentary third consecutive night’s stay providing the previous two (2) nights are paid for. Last night stay will complimentary.

Not valid in conjunction with any other certificates or special discounts.
Subject to space availability at time of reservation.
Reservations must be made in advance, stating intended use of certificate and quoting a valid membership number.

19. Suite Upgrade (certificate)
Each member will receive two (2) certificates each valid for a suite upgrade.

20. Special Privilege Weekend Rate of $89 (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for a Special Privilege Weekend rate of $89 plus applicable taxes.

21. Complimentary Night Stay and Lunch or Dinner when an outside function is booked (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay on a weekend and one complimentary lunch or dinner for two (2) people, to the total value of $250, when an outside catering function for one hundred (100) people or more, or when a minimum value of $5,000 has been held and paid for.

Valid for single/double occupancy.

22. Buy One Get One Free (certificate)
Each member will receive three (3) certificates each valid for one (1) complimentary night stay when another night is paid for.  Nights must be consecutive.

Valid based on advance reservations, space availability, and restrictions on allocated rooms.

23. One (1) Standard Room for $129 (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1), one (1)-night stay at a discounted rate of $129 plus applicable taxes.

24. Complimentary Parking (certificate)
 Members may receive complimentary parking for one (1) vehicle when dining at the hotel by showing the cashier their valid membership card.

25. Referral Card Incentive (certificate)
Upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, members will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) bottle of house wine to be enjoyed while dining at the hotel restaurant for dinner.

Certificate and valid membership card must be presented in order to redeem benefit.
