Club Olio Ristorante Membership Agreement
Use of the Club Olio Ristorante Membership Card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein:
1. Membership Card: The Club Olio Ristorante Membership Card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. Membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership Card and only through the date embossed on the Membership Card.Membership Card has no cash value.
2. Dining Benefits: Upon presentation of a valid Membership Card, each Club Olio Ristorante member will be provided a complimentary meal when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities) by the number of people in your dining party, and subtracting that amount from the original bill. Limit one (1) card per table. Dining benefits are non-transferable. Your card will be honored at the Sheraton City Centre Hotel, Salt Lake City at Olio Ristorante for lunch and dinner.The Sheraton City Centre Hotel, Salt Lake City reserves the right to change hours of operation without prior notice. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
3. Dining Restrictions: Dining privileges will not be honored at the Sheraton City Centre Hotel, Salt Lake City on Valentine’s Weekend, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve. Other blackout dates may apply. Please contact the Sheraton City Centre Hotel, Salt Lake City to confirm the date each holiday is observed. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
4. Guest Room Benefits: A) Each Club Olio Ristorante member is entitled to a Preferred Membership Room Rate, for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, member shall be entitled to receive a 10% discount off the best publicly available rate, for no more than three (3) rooms per reservation. Subject to availability. A valid membership number must be presented in order to redeem benefit, however, member need not be present at his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates. Transferable. B) Each Club Olio Ristorante member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms. Subject to availability. In order to redeem this certificate, member must contact the Sheraton City Centre Hotel, Salt Lake City directly at 801-401-2000. C) Each Club Olio Ristorante member receives two (2) certificates each valid for a complimentary night stay when another night stay is paid for.Night stays must be consecutive. Last night stay will be complimentary.Not valid in conjunction with any other certificates or special discounts. Subject to space availability at time of reservation. Reservations must be made in advance, stating intended use of certificate and quoting a valid membership number. Transferable. D) Each Club Olio Ristorante member receives one (1) certificate valid for 50% off rack room rate for one (1) night only. Not valid in conjunction with any other certificates or special discounts. Subject to space availability at time of reservation. Transferable. E) Each Club Olio Ristorante member is entitled to a room upgrade to a suite, club or concierge level for the payment of $30.00 (plus applicable taxes) when using the Complimentary Night Stay certificate or Preferred Membership Room Rate. Subject to availability. Transferable. G) Flexible check-in and check-out time, not to exceed four (4) hours before or after posted time, if available. Nontransferable.
5. Guest Room Restrictions: Guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only (except with upgrades), based on advance reservations, subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.Not valid for bookings through travel agents, group or block bookings, or in conjunction with corporate rates.Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest. Certificate and Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits.Where benefits are “transferable”, member and Membership Card need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above benefits.
6. Catering and Banquets Benefits: A) Each Club Olio Ristorante member receives one (1) certificate valid for 5% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $500.00 (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities) per function. Subject to availability and good for new bookings only.Not valid with any other discounts or promotions and blackout dates may apply. Transferable. B) Each Club Olio Ristorante member receives one (1) certificate valid for 10% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $1,000.00 (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities) per function. Subject to availability and good for new bookings only.Not valid with any other discounts or promotions and blackout dates may apply. Transferable. C) Each Club Olio Ristorante member receives one (1) certificate valid for 15% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $2,000.00 (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities) per function. Subject to availability and good for new bookings only.Not valid with any other discounts or promotions and blackout dates may apply. Transferable.
7. Lounge Benefit: Each Club Olio Ristorante member is entitled to 15% off all food (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities) while dining at First Press Bar. Not valid during black out days. Non-transferable.
8. Complimentary Dessert Benefit: Each Club Olio Ristorante member receives one (1) certificate valid for two (2) complimentary desserts to be enjoyed during the week of the member’s birthday or wedding anniversary at Olio Ristorante. Not valid for room service. Non-transferable.
9. Certificates: The Sheraton City Centre Hotel, Salt Lake City must be notified as to the use of certificates at time of advance reservation. Certificates must be presented upon arrival in order to redeem benefits. Valid only through the date embossed on Membership Card.
10. Other Promotional Discounts: Club Olio Ristorante membership privileges may not be used in conjunction with any other discount programs or promotions, including corporate rates.
1. Lost/Stolen Cards and Certificates: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen Membership Cards must be reported. A processing fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) will be charged for replacement of Membership Cards. If your card is lost or stolen, a replacement card will be issued with a new membership number and the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
2. Limitation of Liability: In no event will the marketing agent of Club Olio Ristorante be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to or suffered by Club Olio Ristorante members or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance. Including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature, or kind suffered by the Club Olio Ristorante member or to others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the Hotel or its agents or employees.
