Club Green Tree Membership Agreement
Use of the Club Green Tree Membership Card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein:
1. Membership Card: The Club Green Tree Membership Card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request. Membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership Card and only through the date embossed on the Membership Card.Membership Card has no cash value.
2. Dining Benefits: Upon presentation of a valid Membership Card, each Club Green Tree member will be provided a complimentary meal when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities) by the number of people in your dining party, and subtracting that amount from the original bill. Please note that an automatic 15% gratuity will be added to the bill based on the nondiscounted total value. Limit one (1) card per table. Dining benefits are non-transferable. Your card will be honored at the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree at the Rivers Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree reserves the right to change hours of operation without prior notice. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
3. Dining Restrictions: A 5% discount on dining will be honored at the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree on Valentine’s Day and Weekend, Easter Sunday,Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve or New Year’s Day. Other blackout dates may apply. Please contact the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree to confirm the date each holiday is observed. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
4. Guest Room Benefits: A) Each Club Green Tree member is entitled to a Preferred Membership Room Rate of $89.00. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, member shall be entitled to receive 5% off the best publicly available rate. Subject to availability. A valid membership number must be presented in order to redeem benefit, however, member need not be present at his/her guest checkin to qualify for the above rates. Transferable. B) Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms. Subject to availability. Reservations must be made 14 days prior to arrival. Not valid in conjunction with "3 Nights for 2" Certificate or Rack Rate Certificate. In order to redeem this certificate, member must contact the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree directly at 412-353-8181 and mention certificate at time of reservation. C) Each Club Green Tree member receives two (2) "3 Nights for 2" certificates, each valid for a complimentary third consecutive night's stay providing the previous two (2) nights are paid for at the Rack Rate.Not valid in conjunction with Rack Rate Certificate or Complimentary Night Certificate. Subject to availability. In order to redeem this certificate,member must contact the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree directly at 412-353-8181 and mention certificate at time of reservation. Transferable. D) Each Club Green Tree member receives three (3) certificates, each valid for 50% off rack rate.Valid for up to three (3) consecutive nights. Not valid in conjunction with "3 Nights for 2" Certificate or Complimentary Night Certificate. Subject to availability. In order to redeem this certificate, member must contact the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree directly at 412-353-8181 and mention certificate at time of reservation. Transferable. E) Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary master suite when booking a group of ten (10) or more paying rooms. Subject to space availability at the time of reservation.Master suite will be provided for the duration of the stay as a group. One (1) certificate only per group booking. Not valid in conjunction with any other certificates. Transferable. F) Each Club Green Tree member is entitled complimentary room/suite upgrade. Subject to space availability at time of check-in. Nontransferable. G) Flexible check-in and check-out time, not to exceed four (4) hours before or after posted time, if available. Non-transferable.
5. Guest Room Restrictions: Guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only (excluding upgrades), based on advance reservations, subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Not valid for bookings through travel agents, group or block bookings, or in conjunction with corporate rates. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest. Certificate and Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits.Where benefits are “transferable”,member and Membership Card need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above benefits.
6. Lounge Benefit: Each Club Green Tree member is entitled to 15% off for food only (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities) in the Rivers Lounge. Not valid during happy hour and black out days. Non-transferable.
7. Birthday/Anniversary Benefit: Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary alcoholic beverage or dessert per adult for up to two (2) adults, pursuant to Pennsylvania state liquor laws, to be enjoyed during the week of the member's Birthday or Wedding Anniversary in the Rivers Restaurant. Not valid for room service.Member must be at least 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverage. Non-transferable.
8. Dessert Benefit: Each Club Green Tree member receives two (2) certificates, each valid for up to four (4) complimentary desserts when dining with a party of at least four (4) people. Valid for dinner service only with a minimum purchase of four (4) entrees.Members can receive their regular membership discount with dinner. Not valid for in room dining. Transferable.
9. Complimentary Sunday Brunch Benefit: Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary Sunday brunch for two (2) at the Rivers Restaurant. Not valid for Valentine's Weekend, Easter Day,Mother's Day,Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day. Other blackout dates may apply. Non-transferable.
10. Catering and Banquets Benefits: A) Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate for 15% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $500.00 (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities) for one (1) function. Subject to availability and good for new bookings only. Food must be booked off of existing banquet menus. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable. B) Each Club Green Tree member is entitled to 10% off food only (excluding taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $1000.00 (excluding alcohol, taxes and gratuities). Subject to availability and good for new bookings only. Food must be booked off of existing banquet menus. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.
11. Complimentary Happy Hour Benefit: Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary one (1) hour Happy Hour Food Party (excluding beverages, taxes and gratuities) in the hotel lounge for 15 to 25 people. Includes a reserved party space and drink specials for your group. Beverages are not complimentary. Reservations must be made at least one (1) week in advance. Subject to availability. Attendees must be at least 21 years of age. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Non-transferable.
12.Wedding Benefits: A) Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary suite and breakfast or brunch for the bride and groom when wedding banquet and/or ceremony/reception is booked at the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree with a minimum of 100 people. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. New bookings only. Transferable. B) Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for 15% discount off the applicable catering menu, up to a maximum discount of $2,000.00, on a wedding banquet, pre and post nuptial reception(s) valued at $5,000.00 minimum (excluding taxes and gratuities).Valid for food and non-alcoholic beverages only. A complimentary room is provided for the bride and groom on their wedding night with a bottle of house champagne and brunch or breakfast for two (2) the next day. New bookings only. Transferable.
13. Breakfast Club Meeting Benefit: Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for 50% discount off a Breakfast Club Meeting (excluding taxes and gratuities). Choice of any breakfast on the catering menu and one (1) preferred visual aid: flip chart, slide projector or overhead projector. Minimum booking of ten (10) people and a maximum of 25 people. New bookings only. Subject to availability and not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.
14. Lunch Club Meeting Benefit: Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for 25% discount off a Special Lunch Club Meeting (excluding taxes and gratuities). Includes a lunch buffet from the catering menu and a choice of one (1) preferred visual aid: flip chart, slide projector or overhead projector. Minimum booking of ten (10) people and a maximum of 25 people. New bookings only. Subject to availability and not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.
15. Corporate Meeting Benefit: Each Club Green Tree member receives one (1) certificate valid for 20% discount off a Corporate Meeting Package (excluding taxes and gratuities). Includes a Continental breakfast, mid morning coffee & cookies, afternoon coffee & brownies from the catering menu and a choice of one (1) preferred visual aid: flip chart, slide projector or overhead projector.Minimum booking of 20 people and a maximum of 100 people. New bookings only. Subject to availability and not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.
16. Complimentary Health Club Benefits: A) Each Club Green Tree member receives two (2) certificates, each valid for one (1) complimentary health club visit for up to two (2) adults over the age of 18 years. Only valid for one (1) day trial. Transferable. B) Each Club Green Tree member is entitled to 20% off on a Health Club Membership. Member can purchase health club membership for self plus one (1) additional family member. If the member is an existing Health Club member, they must wait until it expires before redeeming the certificate. Non-transferable.
17. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Benefit: Each Club Green Tree member is entitled to 15% off laundry and dry cleaning during their stay at the Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree. Non-transferable.
18. Referral Card Incentive: Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary alcoholic beverage (pursuant to Pennsylvania state liquor laws) or dessert for up to two (2) persons to be enjoyed while dining at the Rivers Restaurant for dinner. Not valid for room service.Member must be 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverage. Non-transferable.
19. Certificates: The Radisson Hotel Pittsburgh Green Tree must be notified as to the use of certificates at time of advance reservation. Certificates must be presented upon arrival in order to redeem benefits. Valid only through the date embossed on Membership Card.
20. Other Promotional Discounts: Club Green Tree membership privileges may not be used in conjunction with any other discount programs or promotions, including corporate rates.
Terms
1. Lost/Stolen Cards and Certificates: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen Membership Cards must be reported. A processing fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) will be charged for replacement of Membership Cards. If your card is lost or stolen, a replacement card will be issued with a new membership number and the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
2. Limitation of Liability: In no event will the marketing agent of Club Green Tree be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to or suffered by Club Green Tree members or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance. Including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions,misfeasance,malfeasance, damages of every type, nature, or kind suffered by the Club Green Tree member or to others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the Hotel or its agents or employees.
