Detailed Program Benefits:
Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member. A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.
Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption.

Dining Benefit - Card Benefit (NT)
Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests.
Member + 1 guest = 50% discount
Member + 2 guests = 33.33% disc.
Member + 3 guests = 25% discount
Member + 4 guests = 20% discount
Member dines alone = 15% discount
STANDARD DINING DISCOUNT:
Valid at The Bistro for breakfast and lunch, DAILY, the French Room TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY for dinner.
FIXED 15% DISCOUNT:
Rodeo Bar & Grill for Dinner FRIDAY through MONDAY. (For Rodeo Bar & Grill, members receive a flat 15% discount off food)
Restrictions

▪ Excludes alcoholic beverages, taxes, and gratuities.
▪ Not valid on Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year’s Day, Eve before December Dallas Children’s Parade, Texas – OU football weekend annually.

Birthday Benefit - Certificate (NT)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of seasonal House Wine (Sommelier’s choice) at one of the hotels restaurants; pursuant to Texas state liquor laws, to be enjoyed during the week of member’s Birthday.
Restrictions
▪ Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine.
▪ Bottle may not be removed from restaurant.
▪ Not valid for Room Service.
Anniversary Benefit - Certificate (NT)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of seasonal House Wine (Sommelier’s choice) at one of the hotels restaurants; pursuant to Texas state liquor laws, to be enjoyed during the week of member’s Anniversary.

Complimentary Afternoon Tea When Another Afternoon Tea is Purchased - Card (T)
Each member is entitled to one (1) complimentary Afternoon Tea when another Afternoon Tea is purchased and redeemed at the same time.

▪ Valid during open hours for Afternoon Tea.
▪ Alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities excluded.

Complimentary Bottle of Seasonal House Wine - Certificate (NT)
Each member will receive three (3) certificates, each valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of seasonal House Wine (Sommelier’s choice) when there are four (4) or more people dining.

▪ Not valid for Room Service
▪ Only one (1) certificate can be used per visit.
▪ Sommelier will choose seasonal wine.
▪ Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine.
Complimentary Glass of House Champagne - Certificate (T)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary glass of House Champagne when dining with at least one (1) other person.
Restrictions
▪ Valid for dinner service only.
▪ Not valid for in room service.
▪ Member must be at least 21 years of age to order champagne.
Banquet and Conference Benefit - Card Benefit (T)
Each member is entitled to a 15% discount off the purchase of any banquet/ catering function (excluding tax and gratuities). Maximum discount of $3,000.

Complimentary Night Stay Benefit - Certificate (NT)
Member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay at The Adolphus. The member can be upgraded to a Junior Suite by paying $30 plus taxes when checking in and when they present an upgrade certificate.
Restrictions
▪ Based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms.
▪ Subject to availability and allotment.
▪ Member must contact The Adolphus directly at (214) 742-8200 to make reservations.
▪ Member must have certificate and valid membership card for benefit to be valid.
Preferred Room Rate - Card Benefit (T)
Each member is entitled to a Preferred Room Rate of 10% off the Best Available Rate, for no more than two (2) rooms per reservation
Restrictions
▪Subject to availability.
▪ Member need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify.
▪ A valid membership card number must be quoted at the time of reservation.
▪ Not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group or block bookings.
Suite Upgrade for $30 - Certificate (T)
Each member will receive two (2) certificates, each valid for a room upgrade to a Junior Suite upon check in.
Restrictions
▪ Subject to availability and allotment upon check in.
▪ Maximum of 3 consecutive nights.
▪ Taxes excluded.
▪ Valid upon check in.
Complimentary Suite when Booking a Group of Ten or More Rooms - Certificate (T)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary Suite when booking a group of ten (10) or more paying rooms.
Restrictions
▪ One (1) certificate per group booking.

Complimentary Suite for Meeting Planner when Booking a Group of Ten or More Rooms while Holding an Event - Certificate (T)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary Suite when booking a group of ten (10) or more paying rooms and a catering/ banquet function is also booked.

Buy One Get One Free - Certificate (T)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary nights stay when another night is paid for. Nights must be consecutive.

▪ Stay must be on consecutive nights.
3 Nights for 2 Benefit - Certificate (T)
Each member will receive one (1) “3 Nights for 2” certificate valid for a complimentary third consecutive night’s stay providing the previous two (2) nights are paid for. Last night stay will complimentary.

▪ Stay must be on consecutive nights.
4 Nights for 3 - Certificate (T)
Each member will receive one (1) “4 Nights for 3” certificate valid for a complimentary fourth consecutive night’s stay providing the previous three (3) nights are paid for. Last night stay will complimentary.

Special Privilege Weekend rate of $129 - Certificate (T)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate for a Special Privilege Weekend rate of $129 per night.

Complimentary Room Upgrade - Certificate (T)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for One (1) complimentary Room Upgrade.

Upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, members will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) Complimentary Night Stay.

CLUBHOTEL® Members receive the same dining discount and preferred room rates as your Club Adolphus members.
Restrictions
▪ CLUBHOTEL® Members must present a valid membership card (shown below) to receive benefits.
