PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR ATRIUM VIP CLUB

Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member.  A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.
Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption. 

Dining Benefit (card benefit)
Upon presentation of your valid membership card to your server, you will receive one (1) complimentary meal each dining visit when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.
Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests, provided at least one meal is purchased.
Member + 1 guest = 50% discount
Member + 2 guests = 33.33% discount
Member + 3 guests = 25% discount
Member + 4 guests = 20% discount

Valid at the Waterfalls restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner and at The Atrium Club for dinner, excluding black out dates.

Restrictions
Only one card per table.
Excludes alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities.
Not valid on Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.

Preferred Membership Rate (card benefit)
Each Atrium VIP Club member is entitled to a Preferred Membership Rate of at least
10-30% off rack rate. In the event that a lower non-restrictive rate is available for the dates booked, member shall be entitled to receive a 5% discount of the best publicly available rate. Subject to availability.

Two “3 Nights for 2” Benefit (certificate)
Each member shall receive two (2) certificates each valid for a complimentary third night stay at the hotel when the previous two nights are paid.

Restrictions
Nights must be consecutive.
Not valid in conjunction with complimentary night stay certificate, rack rate certificate or preferred membership rate.
Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

50% Discount off Rack Rate Benefit (certificate)
Members will receive three (3) certificates, each valid for a 50% discount off the rack rate. Valid for up to three (3) consecutive nights.

Valid based on advance reservations, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.
Not valid with complimentary night stay certificate, 3 nights for 2 certificates or preferred membership rate.

$40 Suite Upgrade (certificate)
Members receive two (2) certificates each valid for an upgrade to a Suite if available, for the additional payment of $40.00 (not including taxes).

Restrictions
Valid based on advance reservations, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms.
Subject to availability at check in.
Each certificate is valid for a single night stay.

Complimentary Master Suite when booking a group of ten (10) or more (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary Master Suite when booking a group of ten or more paying rooms.

Restrictions
Subject to hotel availability and room allotment.
The Master Suite will be provided for the duration of the stay as a group.
One (1) certificate per group booking.

Referral Incentive (certificate)
Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary bottle of wine or dessert for up to two (2) persons, to be enjoyed while dining at any participating restaurants for dinner.

Happy 1- Hour Food Party (certificate)
Each member shall receive one (1) complimentary certificate for one (1) one- (1) hour Happy Hour Food Party in the hotel Lounge Bar for up to twenty-five (25) people. Includes reserved party space and hotel selected hors d’oeurves. Excludes beverages, taxes and gratuities

Birthday or Anniversary Benefit (certificate)
Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for a bottle of complimentary house wine or dessert for two (2) while enjoying dinner during the week of the members Birthday or Wedding Anniversary at a participating restaurant.

Each member is entitled to local telephone calls while staying at the hotel.
