PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR ARMORY CLUB
Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member. A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.
Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption.

| Dining Benefit (NT) Upon presentation of your valid membership card to your server, you will receive one (1) complimentary meal each dining visit when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased. Member dines free when accompanied by one or more paying guests, provided at least one meal is purchased. Member + 1 guest = 50% discount Member + 2 guests = 33.33% discount Member + 3 guests = 25% discount Member + 4 guests = 20% discount Valid at Tavern at the Armory for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch. |

| Preferred Membership Rate (T)
Each member is entitled to a Preferred Room Rate for guest accommodations, single or double occupancy for member and/ or guest, for no more than 3 rooms per reservation. In the event that a lower non-restrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to receive 10% off the best publicly available rate. |

| Complimentary Night Benefit (NT) Each member will receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay at the Inn at Middletown. |

| $40 Upgrade Benefit (NT) Each member may upgrade to an Executive Suite for the additional payment of $40.00 plus taxes) when using the Complimentary Night Stay certificate. |

| 2 Nights for 1 (NT) Each member will receive one (1) “2 Nights for 1” certificate valid for a complimentary second consecutive night’s stay providing the previous night is paid for. |

| Flexible Check-in/out (NT) Members are entitled to an early check in or late check out. |

| Referral Card Incentive (NT) Upon submission of the names of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, members will receive one (1) certificate, valid for one (1) bottle of house wine to be enjoyed while dining at the hotel restaurant for dinner. |
▪ Not valid for Room Service. ▪ Certificate and valid membership card must be presented in order to redeem benefit. ▪ Certificate to be sent after receipt of the referral card. ▪ Bottle may not be removed from the restaurant. ▪ Member must be 21 years of age in order to redeem benefit. |

Terms & Conditions
1. Lost/Stolen Cards and Certificates: All lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Lost or stolen Membership Cards must be reported. A processing fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) will be charged for replacement of Membership Cards. If your card is lost or stolen, a replacement card will be issued with a new membership number and the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
2. Limitation of Liability: In no event will the marketing agent of Armory Club be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to or suffered by Armory Club members or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance. Including all claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature, or kind suffered by the Armory Club member or to others, resulting from the action, or inaction of the Hotel or its agents or employees.
