PROGRAM BENEFITS FOR THE ALLERTON CLUB

Non-Transferable (NT) – Benefits that can only be enjoyed by the Member.  A valid membership card (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit.
Transferable (T) – Benefits that can be redeemed by non-members. A valid membership number (and certificate where applicable) must be presented to redeem benefit. Member need not be present at time of redemption. 

Use of the ALLERTON CLUB Membership Card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein:

1. Membership Card:
The ALLERTON CLUB Membership Card is the property of the issuing agent and must be returned upon request.Membership privileges will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership Card and only through the date embossed on the Membership Card. Membership Card has no cash value.

2. Dining Benefits:
Upon presentation of a valid Membership Card, each ALLERTON CLUB member will be provided a complimentary meal when accompanied by one or more dining guests, provided at least one meal is purchased. The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities) by the number of people in your dining party, and subtracting that amount from the original bill. Limit one (1) card per table. Dining benefits are non-transferable. Your card will be honored at the Allerton Hotel Chicago at Taps on Two for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Allerton Hotel Chicago reserves the right to change hours of operation without
prior notice. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

3. Dining Restrictions:
Dining privileges will not be honored at the Allerton Hotel Chicago during blackout dates. Please contact the ALLERTON HOTEL CHICAGO to confirm the date each holiday is observed. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

4. Guest Room Benefits:
A) Each ALLERTON CLUB member will be entitled to a Preferred Membership Room Rate. In the event that a lower nonrestrictive room rate is available for the dates booked, members shall be entitled to receive 10-25% off the best publicly available rate. Subject to availability. A valid membership number must be presented in order to redeem benefit, however, member need not be present at time of his/her guest check-in to qualify for the above rates.

B) Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This nontransferable benefit is valid based on advance reservations and restrictions on allocated rooms. Subject to availability. In order
to redeem this certificate, member must contact the Allerton Hotel Chicago directly at 312-440-1500.
C) Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives two (2) "3 Nights for 2" certificates each valid for a complimentary third consecutive night's stay providing the previous two (2) nights are paid for. Not valid in conjunction with Complimentary Night Stay Certificate or Preferred Membership Rate. Subject to space availability at time of reservation. Reservations must be made in advance, stating intended use of certificate and quoting a valid membership number.

D) Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives two (2) certificates each valid for one (1) suite upgrade for $60.00 per night. Valid for one (1) night stay with a maximum stay of three (3) consecutive nights. Subject to space availability at check in.

E) Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives one (1) certificate valid for a Special Privilege Weekend rate of $135.00 per night. Valid Friday to Sunday only. Based on advance reservations, subject to availability and space allotment at time of reservation.

F) Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary master suite when booking a group of ten (10) or more paying rooms. Subject to space availability at the time of reservation. Master suite will be provided for the duration of the stay as a group. One (1) certificate only per group booking.

G) Flexible check-in and check-out time, not to exceed four (4) hours before or after posted time, if available.

5. Guest Room Restrictions:
Guest room benefits are valid for standard guest rooms only, based on advance reservations, subject to space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Not valid for bookings through travel agents, group or block bookings, or in conjunction with corporate rates. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest. Certificate and Membership Card must be presented in order to redeem benefits. Where benefits are “transferable”, member and Membership Card need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above benefits.

6. Catering and Banquets Benefit:
Each ALLERTON CLUB member is entitled to 10% off food only (excluding beverages,
taxes and gratuities) with a minimum purchase of $1000.00 (excluding taxes and gratuities). Subject to availability and good for new bookings only. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions.

7. Birthday/Anniversary Benefit:
Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine (pursuant to Illinois liquor laws), $10.00 towards the purchase of any bottle of wine or dessert for two (2) to be enjoyed during the week of the member's Birthday or Wedding Anniversary in Taps on Two. Not valid for room service. Member must be at least 21 years of age to order wine. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant.

8. Complimentary Dessert Benefit:
Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives two (2) certificates each valid for up to four (4) complimentary desserts when dining with a party of at least four (4) people.Valid for dinner service only with a minimum purchase of four (4) entrees.Members can receive their regular membership discount with dinner.Not valid for room service.

9. Wedding Benefits:
A) Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary suite and breakfast or brunch for the bride and groom when wedding banquet and/or ceremony/reception is booked at the Allerton Hotel Chicago with a minimum of 100 people. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. New bookings only.

B) Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives one (1) certificate valid for 15% discount, up to a maximum discount of $2,000.00, on a Wedding banquet, pre and post nuptial reception(s) valued at $5,000.00 minimum (excluding taxes and gratuities). Valid for food and non-alcoholic beverages only. A complimentary room is provided for the bride and groom on their wedding night and breakfast for two (2) the next day. New bookings only. *Transferrable

10. Corporate Meeting Benefit:
Each ALLERTON CLUB member receives one (1) certificate valid for 20% discount off a Corporate Meeting Package (excluding taxes and gratuities). Includes a Continental breakfast, mid morning coffee & cookies, afternoon coffee & brownies and a choice of one (1) preferred visual aid: flip chart, slide projector or overhead projector.New bookings only. Food and beverages can be changed, please contact our sales & catering experts.

11. Referral Card Incentive:
Upon submitting five (5) names of friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential memberships, you will receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary bottle of house wine (pursuant to Illinois liquor laws) or dessert for up to two (2) persons to be enjoyed while dining in the Taps on Two for dinner. Not valid for room service. Member must be 21 years of age to order wine. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant.
