Introduction

Originally known as Hayes Royal Hotel, William Dargan builder of the Kingstown Railway bought out the Royal Hotel in 1863 and built the Royal Marine Hotel & Spa designed by John McCurdy who also designed many other buildings and churches of significance in Ireland during this period.

The Royal Marine is regarded as one of the finest 4 star hotels in Dublin and has hosted many Heads of State, Kings, Queens and celebrities including old blues eyes Frank Sinatra.

The Carlisle Conference Centre is located on the ground floor of the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire in South Dublin. It is the largest conference Suite facilitating up to 600 delegates. The state of the art conference facilities enables this Dublin hotel to host large or small conferences, exhibitions, product launches, AGMs, banqueting, prestigious gala luncheons and dinners.
 
The Martello Suite is situated on the 1st Floor conveniently located to the Carlisle Conference Centre. The Martello Suite is the 2nd largest of our conference facilities  and is suitable for meetings, lunches & dinners facilitating up to 220 delegates.
