One of the finest 17th C country houses in the south of England, Lower Slaughter Manor stands in its own lovely gardens next to the historic church in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold village of Lower Slaughter which many regard as the most beautiful village in England. The pretty River Eye, crossed by two small stone foot bridges and a small road bridge, bisects the village as it flows gently by the imposing entrance.

Guest Rooms

The hotel comprises three suites, two four poster bedrooms and eleven double/twin bedrooms. We can also provide further accommodation at our sister hotel, which is situated directly opposite Lower Slaughter Manor (subject to availability). Exclusive use of the hotel is available. This includes all 16 bedrooms, on a Bed & Breakfast basis. This gives you the freedom and privacy of the hotel for your day.

Hailed as one of England's finest conference hotels, Lower Slaughter Manor provides an unrivalled setting for senior management meetings and fine dining. We can cater for up to forty people in a relaxed atmosphere, luxurious surroundings and complete privacy.

A dedicated telephone line, full secretarial services and audiovisual facilities are at hand. In the Coach House adjacent to the main house is The Sir George Whitmore Suite, offering a secluded meeting place in a private board room.

The Board Room table seats up to 14 people and there are additional syndicate rooms when required. Theatre style seating increases the capacity to 36.
