The hotel is located within the National Mazovian Park . Mazovian Landscape Park - Established in 1986 to 1987, covers the south-eastern part of Warsaw (Wawer, Merry), Józefów, Otwock, Karczew, and municipalities: Wiązowna, Celestynów, Osieck, Sobienie-Jeziory, Kołbiel, Pilawa. The park area is 15 710 hectares, in addition to the park protection zone area was 7992 ha.
In the park many species of birds, among which are species threatened with extinction on a global scale. The most endangered species include corncrake, red kite, white-tailed eagle, Black-nur, golden plover, sandpiper forest, marsh harrier, spotted crake and curlew. In 2000, an attempt to reintroduce the peregrine falcon.
