Perfeclty sited on the beachfront with panoramic views of the sea, this seafood restaurant tempts the palate with the freshest catch of the day from the Arabian Gulf's abundant waters. The concept is that of a fish market whereby the guest gets to pick the fish they want from the wide selection and the chefs will cook it according to the guest's wishes, in any style they like. An enticing range of Lebanese mezzeh is also be available, accompanied by belly dancing and live music to create a lively and informal atmosphere.

Lively dining arrives in Doha in the shape of Paloma, InterContinental Doha's Tex-Mex style restaurant, bar and disco where Chef has created a taste-fusion of spicy Mexican and traditional Texan flavours. The food on the menu offers the highlights of Mexican cuisine, skillfully blended with hearty Texan dishes, such as mouth-watering chimichangas, sizzling fajitas and hearty steaks. The DJ takes over the dance floor at 11pm playing hot western and Arabic dance music until the small hours.

Located in the Lower Level

Created especially with the international diner in mind, this buffet-style restaurant offers choice cuisine from around the world. A tempting range of appetisers, salads and cold cuts are laid out on a huge table, with over 16 hot dishes to follow. Fresh fruit, cakes, sweets and an impressive cheese-board round off the feast for those who have room. An additional delight is the regular theme nights featuring the best from the Far East, Middle East and India. On Thursday evenings, The Café Restaurant closes to make way for Barbecue night by the pool. The Café Restaurant is also the venue for the Family Friday brunch, a relaxed affair with clowns, candyfloss and popcorn for the children.
