The open kitchen serves dishes such as Grilled Baby Squid with Roast Vegetable Escalibada and Chive Oil, and Braised Lamb Shank with Steamed Couscous and Sweet Moroccan Spices. Seating is in the dining room or on the outdoor terrace and patio.

By the pool

Aptly named for its outdoor setting next to the pool, Al Fresco is open daily from Easter to October. A casual menu of barbecue favourites is offered for lunch, tempting Mediterranean treats are served all day and refreshing cocktails toast the sunset on warm summer evenings. The views are also worth noting, whether you prefer to watch the activity in and around the pool or enjoy the gentle knolls of the manicured golf course.
